Good customer service good support team it's just when you have problems with the vehicles they won't care for you or the vehicle they'll just switch the vehicle for more $$$ hell they will take Google pay to get them funds just dont don't go here the have bad vehicle with bad batteries and electrical problems I kid you not I HAD TO SWITCH FROM 3 VEHICLES DUE TO ELECTRICAL AND DRAINDES/LOW BATTERY CARS THEY DO IT ON PURPOSE so you can pay that roadside assistance but go elsewhere only went here because I heard they actually accepted chime cc ?? not even a real cc but like I said they'll use tap to get YOU IN THE DOOR IF you got funds. But if your a honest hard working man that gets up everyday to put in work and just need a daily DONT DO IT . MANGERS ARE SHADY AND WILL DO THINGS THAT HR WONT NOTICE.

STAY AWAY. Unless you want to get blamed for existing damage. Go anywhere else. My personal car was hit in my driveway, their insurance set me up with enterprise. I set up a pick up for 8:00am on a Monday, they showed up 45 min late and I didn't get my car till 9:30am. When I was doing the walk around the car was soaking wet so you couldn't see any damage. I pointed out the rock chip in the windshield that was spidering and they said it was fine... fast forward to returning the car and they tried to claim i caused it... they finally agreed they would take care of it and apologized... only to try and file a claim with my insurance two months after the fact. Just ridiculous. Please go some where else!

I arrived on the 18th of August to complete my reservation. The standard truck I expected was not available. However, I was offered another vehicle which I did not accept. Then Elmore Shoto, location manager, asserted that Matlin, assistant manager, will search for my expected truck on the next day. Furthermore, I received a call from Matlin the following morning to complete my expectations by noon. So, I arrived at the rental location by noon, completed my reservation, and acquired a satisfied customer experience.

Great staff with customer service ?
My rental vehicle is very damaged, I made the staff aware during inspection of the vehicle. Made aware I would get another car after the weekend. I hope they keep their word.

Enterprise was on it. Pleasant atmosphere all employees very kind and knowledgeable. In and out quickly. Nice clean suv they provided, thanks to all the wonderful employees at Enterprise. Will diffently be a repeat customer.

Wonderful experience for the 3rd time now. They are always so awesome with their customer service and super flexible with working with you on just about anything that happens to come up. They are quick with their services, getting us in and out, and the selection of vehicles was great! Pricing was perfect for our budget!!! We will most definitely be using this company (and this specific location in Cedar Hill, Tx) again in the future ???

They did an excellent job for me. From promptly picking me up from the repair facility to getting me into a rental to getting me back to the shop about a week later. They even asked if I was completely satisfied with my experience at the end! I thought that this level of customer service was only found at chick fil a here in cedar hill! I’m so glad to be proven wrong.
