Isaiah may need a LOT of training about customer service. I walk in to his computer I said hi, and he ignored me totally. I had to wait until he is done with his attitude and look at me still didn't greet me as a customer, I had to tell him I sent an email to print my resumé. Immediately saying still did not get the email, I sent the email 11.30 am and I was there 12pm! He went to the back doing random stuff avoiding me! I said it has been 30min since I sent it. Oh now it is here!! He didn't even bother to put the paper in the brown sleeve!!!!! The store was not busy at all, I have been printing there for several years now, never seen such attitude and poor customer service!!!

chuck was very kind , the other gentleman on the other hand was very rude & i won’t be back to this location, that interaction was so bad and uncomfortable for me i bought my own printer the next day. but thank you chuck you were amazing!

I've been meaning to review. This particular fedex is far different and worse compared to other Fedex. This particular location told me that I could not mail anything liquid. I went the next week to another location. I was told this was not true as long as the item has not been open.
Please do not base a bad experience on this one location. Go elsewhere!!!

I had to get a passport photos and highly recommend this place. Ms. Kathy ensured a quality picture and also retook the photo for me. Super helpful and patient!

They make their own rules here and make you repack your items in there packaging, even if your stuff is sealed in a box already. Same woman the last two times I went, she’s rude.

Nick was excellent during this busy holiday season seamlessly working between 5 customers while being the only employee present on the floor. Patient, pleasant, and able to provide solutions to holiday shipping blunders with a calm and cool head. Not to mention this was right when the store opened. Great experience.

Went in today and was very displeased with the behavior of an African American woman working there. When I walked in, she did not greet me, but, instead just stared at me. A gentleman named Keanu came from behind the counter and greeted me and offered assistance. The evil woman who never greeted me then ran over to Keanu and asked what I needed. Keanu told her what I needed and she walked away mumbling something about what time it was. (Please know that the OPEN sign was on and the door unlocked when I entered the store). After the evil woman walked off mumbling, she then turned off the lights in the store. Keanu continued to assist me and remained very professional. Keanu was wonderful. However, I feel sorry for him having to work with such an evil woman that I believe he said was one of the managers. I WILL BE CALLING THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE AS SOON AS THEY OPEN IN THE MORNING!!!

Miss Cathy is wrong about shipping don’t go to this location. These ppl are bossy and rude and they aren’t even managers. My bar code included a box and they say my box won’t work lol and every other fedex my bar code works and provides box lol. Too bad the poor management here lets the employees waste long term customers time. I will be shipping and printing and making logos with other companies now
