Tried to drop off a package at this location and was told that I would have to pay to purchase their packaging for them to be able to ship it because it was in a USPS priority box. I explained to them that this is not true and that I have done this many times before. They said they were cracking down and can no longer do this. I said since when because I've shipped recently the same way with no issues. I pulled up FedEx policy on my phone and showed it to them. It states:"Do I have to use FedEx packaging?The only time you have to use FedEx packaging is when you use FedEx One Rate®. Otherwise, you can use any sturdy, undamaged packaging for your shipments. If you’re reusing a box, just make sure any old addresses and barcodes are completely covered. You can also get more packaging tips and order free FedEx supplies."This was not a One Rate shipment therefore any sturdy box can be used as long as old addresses and barcodes are covered. There were none present on this package. They continued to argue with me and sent two different people over to me one including the manager Chuck who insisted that they can't do this and I would need to repackage it myself or pay to have them repackage it. I assume that this is their own personal agenda to try and sell more supplies because it is not FedEx policy. Staff at this location need to be retrained on proper policy and procedure. I took the package to next closest location and had no issues. I will not use this location again.

Price to ship a international 10 lb box is $299, that's ridiculous. Also, associate Cathy pulled an associate from the back to laugh at "prohibited items", probably something immature or perverse. Tried returning an item in it's original packaging and one of their staff insisted that I had to purchase a box. Rediculous!

Ms. Cathy and Mr. Chuck far exceeded my expectations in customer service and quality prints. Ms. Cathy brightens my day every time I see her. She is a gem!

My wallet was recently stolen so I have to recover all documents. I don't have a printer so I headed to FedEx for prints. A woman named Cathy helped me. She was great, positive and helpful. You can tell she loves her job because her nails and shoe laces were purple and orange to match the company colors. Too cute.

Employees will literally not acknowledge you I’m not sure if I went to the wrong side of the counter but clearly I’m standing there with a package and the woman just kept on doing whatever she was doing..like ooook? Maybe pause and help the customer in your face. Luckily another employee noticed right away and scanned my package and was very sweet. Y’all need to hire people who are right in the head cause that one sure wasn’t I’m not sure what fedex allows their employees to dress up like it’s Halloween in September but I guess everything kind of makes sense now lmaooo

I dislike this store so much when the manager is here. He doesn't utilize his time as needed. Their could be a long line and one person helping but instead he choses to do something else and keep the customers inside waiting. The only time he ever helps is when he's the only one here. When he's not here the service is quick and friendly.
