Walked in and was immediately asked if I needed help before I even looked around. When I was ready, nobody was around. When I finally got someone, she said I could only try on one shoe at a time. Really? I walked out and across the street to Champs and bought a pair that I was able to try on both shoes.

Came to this location at 6pm on a Sunday and was refused service. The employees had the door locked and told customers the store closed at 6 . On the website it says 7pm .

Nobody greets you as you come in manager Kristie was not friendly seemed to be in a bad mood , i had a return and she didn’t even ask if i wanted or refund or exchange she just reordered. They don’t tend to be too friendly in this area lol take your business elsewhere and go shop in Grand Prairie or Arlington where exceptional customer service is provided.

Super Friendly Staff, Clean Store, Accurate Product description as stated online, great sale prices, and good location. The store definitely has great customer service A+ from the time I walked in to the the I checked out the service was outstanding! Thanks I will be back!

No customer service at all, 4 employees at register with no other customers except 1. I was ready to purchase 2 pair of shoes. I spoke good afternoon to everyone. No one came to help me and my wife. Very dissatisfied with this buisness. I even said thank you for your services as we left. very poor, not recommend!
