I purchased a game card to give as a gift, I asked if the GameStop card could be used to purchase a card like Roblox and the attendant said yes, when my grandchild went to buy Roblox was told he could not use the Game Stop card to buy a game card! I'm furious! ? I was also told I couldn't return the card, needless to say I will never go back!!!

Very rude and dismissive, not helpful at all and trying to rush me out the store , store manager also tries to belittle people for asking gaming and tech questions, go to tech mode repair 5 minutes away from this place they are very nice and helpful .

Now I’m not saying I don’t dislike the workers in the store but I dislike the higher ups (Ones who decide on what to sell) you are foul for continuing the sells of PlayStation and PlayStation 3 but not PlayStation 2 I have a problem with that and 2, Why is there little choice for retro gaming people like myself NOT EVERYONE enjoys playing the hottest newest game we enjoy games we grew up playing not just for nostalgia but the quality an effort developers used to have before they got greedy for currency

Bought a headset here that I opened and didn't use. The return policy at gamestop is already bad enough. Then the guy at the counter makes it worse and says "once you open it, it's yours". Even though their website says they accept used items within 7 days. I corrected him and he told me that was only for exchanges. So I checked after I left and that was untrue as well. It says used items for exchanges or returns within 7 days. Just go to Target, Walmart, or Best Buy where the return policies are much better and the employees don't misrepresent them.

Manager was rude and a****** .. after I question him about a Xbox trade in and he said my information has to be on the system in order to test the system that fine but my credit info is on that Xbox I just don't like his attitude.. I've been victim of credit card fraud before of trading my PSP in at GameStop and my credit card was used before .. I'll trade somewhere else

This location does NOT like to give out refunds. I've had defective new games and in two separate occasions they went above and beyond in trying to not give me the refund, even though it was within the 30 day mark for a new defective game. Do not let them trick you, they will lie to you. Had to hold my ground and state the facts. Also one of the unfriendliest and driest game stop employees I've ever dealt with. They seem irritated every time I go there. Will not be going back to this location.
