Very quick fulfillment of my order, even arriving a day early and being notified by Mary at the Cedar Hill store that I could pick up that day. I love my new Gravity Floor Lamp in my living room. They have a variety of styles of furniture and customization options. I love their bedroom options which include adjustable beds with under the bed storage.

I bought a couch from Havertys that I was not happy with. Their customer service tried to resolve the issue by sending someone out to the apartment to try to fix the couch. I ended up returning the couch and exchanging it for another one. The sales rep Ron was more than happy to help me find a new couch that would fit my liking. I was happy with Havertys customer service to resolve my issue.

I like to thank Ron Culpepper my salesman for taking the time to show me the Bella sofa in olslo ivory in May the month i ordered it. He explained to me that it may take awhile for that color to be delivered since they only had white in stock. Fast forward today June 19th 2024 I'm very pleased with my purchase. It was worth the wait.Thanks again Ron.

I really like the living room set. I received a lot of compliments about the set. So far so good. Good purchase. However, I strongly dislike both sets of mattresses. One isn't firm enough and the other one is tooooo soft. They didn't feel like that in the store. The remote control for the mattress is awful. ? Bad purchase on both of them.
