Treated like criminals or something, this store gave me bad vibes....recently visited with my wife and son because we love arts and crafts, Im certain they had store associates following us the entire time....the same girl appeared on every isle we went down and just so happened to be straightening up something right infront of us... then they had some associates stand at the front door as we left like he was FBI or something lol......long story short you can have good prices and a good selection, but how you treat your customers is key.
They wonder why retail is dying. Here's a good example, just sad! I won't be back.

I love this place. It has all of my art needs. The store reps are always nice and the store is always clean and in order. Big shout out to Mr. Gaylord, Casius, and Princess. They are always welcoming and nice when I visit.

Hobby Lobby is like a crafters dream location. Although some of the changes in recent years have made it a little less desirable. Taking away the online discounts. They forget that not everyone uses them, this location had a checker that seemed as if she did not care, got some thread, and charged for the wrong items. ( maybe scan barcodes???) When confronted, she looked... like I know what I'm doing. She found correct the correct item, and the price was half what she had charged. She played it off as if they both looked the same.
