All staff was so nice! Front desk was so helpful on accommodating us and the breakfast lady was so sweet! Pool was nice and clean, rooms were clean and comfy. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

Horrible experience, keys don't always work, TV did not work was told it was the internet. The was no power to TV. The other TV turned on and was fine. Then the other TV went out. I went to front desk in late afternoon and told them we had no TV. They offered to move but we have been here fur 3 weeks. The next morning I again told them about our situation. They said they would fix both TVs. We came home at 5.... no TVs working, bed not made, Riley tried to be helpful but it was after hours and maintenance was here today but had left fur the day.

Easy to find. Great service. Clean, comfortable room. Yummy breakfast! Heated pool and hot tub.
Rooms: Clean, comfortable, love the pillows and bed. 2 TVs, coffee and a fridge in our suite. Sofa sleeper couch. Very nice.

I’ve been coming here since January once or twice a month and never had I had an issue until my last stay . Never got my incidentals back it’s been a week yesterday since we checked out and still no returned this never happens but dang now I have to find another hotel to use for the rest of my club member stays . She did not charge me for the extra day fee but sheesh I really liked this hotel
Everything else was oky

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The hotel was super clean, our room was perfect, all the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and breakfast was terrific. We stayed for four nights and had a great time. The pool was nice and warm and the hot tub was perfect. Management was so wonderful to our family, and great with our kiddos. We would definitely come back again. Thanks to everyone there for a great stay!
Rooms: Rooms were clean, great decor, and perfect for our family of 5.
Nearby activities: There were plenty of parks and attractions nearby for our young kiddos. And ALL the restaurant options within a short drive.

I requested that one of our team members flying into town for business, stay closer to our location by choosing the Cedar Hill location for Holiday Inn Express instead of the Duncanville location. That was a mistake. Not only did the room have flying insects in the room and in the bed, but after taking pictures and video of the room and sharing it with management, no concessions were made. Our conversations with the manager and owner, Kim Chong, were marked by lack of concern, no sympathy, or assumption of responsibility for a hotel that was infested and unsanitary. While she was moved from the first room with bugs, she was then sent to a second room that wasn't clean. After checking out, she arrived at a meeting with me, visibly shaken and disturbed by her treatment.
Because I am so appalled a the treatment of my team member, and while I'm sure she will leave her own review, I thought it worth documenting as a witness to her experience. She typically stays at the Duncanville location and that's where she will go back to the next time she is here. Save your money, you time and your sanity and choose another hotel in the area.

Excellent service! I didn’t think about putting the do not disturb sign out when leaving for a baby shower and came back from a very long day to a well organized room, clean bed, and my things in the bathroom put together to a T! It was so nice to come back to a welcoming room after a long day and couldn’t be happier with the room itself and accommodations! I very much recommend this hotel

Our room has the worst smell like something died. And someone else’s old press on fingernails stuck to the floor and wet carpet.
The hotel service did not apologize or offer any solutions….dissatisfied and disappointed is an understatement for a room that is $220/night

Went for Premier Company that was there.They purchase coins and a variety of other merchandise.
