Elizabeth at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming. The rooms were so clean and the beds were the most comfortable I have been in at a hotel. We will def stay here again! The breakfast was on point and offered a variety of options. I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel. The tv cable wasn’t awesome but it was fine with what we needed for our one night stay. I am most impressed with the cleanliness- it smelled nice and kudos to the housekeeping staff!!! Now the area is outside is not great but just make sure you take all your belongings-would be nice if there was security present-but it’s a lot better than staying in Dallas. I mean I’m not sure anywhere around there is a super safe place outside but in the hotel we felt pretty safe- it did look like someone got in our car but we had gotten everything out so they didn’t get to take anything. Maybe add some security cameras outside at least. :)

Stains on linens and desk staff had to come up and change linens. After pulling out comforter out the bag for the pull out sofa it had stains as well. Extremely disappointed with it all... didn't make for a good night rest just couldn't get comfortable thinking about the nastiness.

Check-in was pretty smooth as I booked online through a 3rd party site. I stayed in room 300 where it's wheelchair accessible, so it is very spacious. Room was clean but very cold. Thermostat didn't seem to adjust the temperature up very well, so I had to unplug the window AC unit from inside.There are 2 types of pillows (firm and soft), but the bed was not very firm. I had a good sleep though.The bath faucet hangs too close to the sink counter. While washing hands, water can easily reach the counter. I didn't realize water was collecting and dripping onto the floor until I turned off the water.Nice breakfast that offered sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, pastries, cereal, dairy, and juices. Pleasant stay.

Pillows had mold on them once you flipped over was groce.Hair on the sheetsIt was a absolutely discussing. Did a block of 30 rooms for family traveling from Knoxville Tennessee for my brother funeral. Had to make beds outselvrs for about 7 beds. Management never returned neither of my 3 phone calls. Best hotel ever! The pool and hot tub is incredible! The service is so overly nice! The food there is not the best but it’s decent unlike some other places. I would recommend!

I needed help with finding a place for a stranded mom with a 3 year old child to stay. The staff there (Jackie) was able to accommodate the single mom with a child for two days until she was able to find a permanent shelter. Thanks Holiday Inn for making this possible.

Overall, the stay was nice and easy! We were able to check in on a whim for 2 nights. We had to pay $25 per night, per pet as a fee (not a deposit). They only allow dogs under 20 pounds. Everything was up to par in the bedroom. Loved the pool! The hot tub wasn’t working/was colder than the pool. My biggest complaint/taking a star off is that it’s extremely humid in the building - like more so than outside. Everything kinda feels wet and the air conditioner doesn’t help with that.*there is room for a bobtail to park on a little dead end street INSIDE the parking lot*

Reservation was made a week ago. Arrived to check in only to not have a reservation. Jackie P was very, very demeaning and ill mannered. If we’re honest seemed like she borderline profiled. She was deeply aggravated. She may need additional training and to be briefed on customer courtesy. She will cost this hotel money if that type of service continues. Upon approach to the service desk, she did not say hello, she immediately asked if she could help us. Told her we have a reservation. She said she didn’t have any reservations. Never even got the reservation number, a name, or an ID. Instead asked if we were at the right location. Asked her would she like the reservation number. She then asked if we were sure it was this location. After standing in complete disbelief of what was occurring, again asked her if the reservation number could be provided, she finally obliged only to state the reservation was cancelled. She did not state why the reservation was removed. We had a relative call to confirm the cancellation just so she wouldn’t bark again and to obtain the reason for the initial cancellation. This woman (I say that loosely) replied that hotel attempted to run my card yesterday and wasn’t able to so she cancelled the reservation. Unfortunately the card was locked because it wasn’t set to be used until the time of arrival. Never had Holiday Inn run my card the day before arrival and if it didn’t process my reservation was then cancelled. Whatever happened to a courtesy call or email to verify? So disappointed. Then shortly after we pull away from the hotel a wired Jackie had the audacity to send a text to a personal number saying since we didn’t check in our reservation was cancelled. Very very, poor customer service. No courtesy what so ever. Even if the reservation was cancelled what if I still would’ve still desired a room? She left no possibility, no chance, no choice. I will not be returning to this location in the future and I will send a formal complaint to the corporate office. Please hire individuals who care for their occupation. She clearly has no moral compass or compassion. Just wrong and unhinged. Review camera footage if it works. No reservation number given, no name given, no ID verification, yet declined. Tragic.

Currently under going renovations. The elevator looks and smells like it hasn't been cleaned in months. Very loud over the weekend, house keepers slamming doors during the day, Staff wasn't very friendly even to a diamond elite member, $3 for a bottle of water. The location was good.Breakfast was underwhelming but it was hot which was great compared to other hotels. Room prices were very expensive.

First time staying at this hotel. The first room they gave me was a handicapped room. I dont understand why because I did not request one. The cable did not work, so I was moved to another room. In the middle of the night, I started to feel itchy and couldn't get comfortable. The next day, I saw small bite marks all over my legs and body. I found out that they allow dogs in the rooms, so I can assume it was probably fleas. I slept with my pants on and a long sleeve shirt until I left. The housekeeping staff was loud enough that I could hear them in my room when they were cleaning rooms on my floor. The free breakfast was descent. The hotel needs to take care of the flea problem in the rooms. I will not be staying here again.

I wouldn’t recommend a half of a star with this hotel. After traveling 14 plus hours, my mom and I were exhausted. Once we entered into our room, you would have thought that someone had just stepped out. The beds were on made, trash and dirty towels on the bathroom floor, hair and what appeared to be ashes was left on the bathroom sink. The room was filthy. Management (Belinda) and the other rude young lady at the front counter came to clean the room. The only accommodation that management made was to only charge us 1 day of our 2 day stay. Here we are having to be up at 9am for a funeral and it is 12:30am and they are still cleaning. When I asked if they were going to vacuum, Mrs. Belinda stated she cleaned the floors with a lent roller because she didn’t want to disturb the other guest by using a vacuum cleaner. After listening to how disappointed that we were, she stated that “We Can Go Somewhere Else” as if we were inconveniencing her. Her and her staff are very rude!

Very clean, my room was modern, they had full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, there breakfast was great. The staff were very friendly, over all excellent hotel !

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The room we stayed in had FLEAS! We discovered this after my boys complained they'd been itching from something that had bitten them but was unsure what it was. After doing a thorough inspection my husband discovered there were fleas in the room and that's what caused them all the bite marks they had. Upon discovery of the fleas, we contacted the front desk at 12 in the morning and he moved us to another room. We ended up purchasing cortisone the next morning when we checked out to keep them from scratching so much. Also, the breakfast lady could have also been a little friendlier to the guest. Her tone with guest comes off very rude and also makes you feel uncomfortable by watching every move you make, even watching you eat. The sad part is, the manager was made aware of our experience and did not try to reach out and apologize. We had to reach out to her and she did not care so we ended up contacting IHG guest relations.
