I arrived shortly after the store opened to exchange a birthday gift for a larger size. Bettina immediately offered to assist in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner. She sized my fingers and provided several options. The entire experience took less than 10 minutes. I appreciate the level of service received as this was my first time visiting a James Avery store. The service was exceptional, the atmosphere was welcoming and there was no time wasted. I absolutely love my gift!

I’ve personally went twice and every time I go it’s as if they’re giving you something for free. The customer service is horrible! My husband has visited that store to purchase gifts for me and expressed his concerns about the customer service after going with him to make an exchange. The first time I visited the associate didn’t even have a name tag. But this time it so happened that she helped us again I was hoping that it wouldn’t be her. This time she had a name tag and it was Star. I will go to the Waxahachie location from now on. It seems to be a trend based on the most recent reviews.

So I finally decided to get me a bracelet with James Avery , went to this location but there customer service was just not the best , the young lady that work there was treating me like if I was going to get the bracelet and charm for free , so I decided to cancel my purchase!

Very good jewelry at this location but the service was terrible.The sales lady that took care of us which I don’t want to name would not even show us a piece of jewelry we wanted to see.

I love James Avery but the customer service is terrible I was told by the manager Bettina fisher(who was extremely rude ) that I can’t exchange out one of my charms for one that cost less even though I did it before and had the receipt . I asked a different associate for another charm and Bettina took back the charm once I asked for her name so I could make a complaint. Terrible service I will never come to this location again

Nice place but very rude customer care by the lady who did my exchange. I could hear the other employee helping someone else and she was super nice, it was just the lady helping me who was rude and unhelpful.My husband had bought me a necklace and I needed to exchange it for a slightly different style and it still had some charms on it that needed to be switched to the new one. She didn't offer to switch them or even try to, she just laid both necklaces in front of me and expected me to switch them and put everything back into my box. I would still think it was a little rude but I had a baby in one arm and I had to do it one handed, she definitely should have offered to take them off of the necklace I was exchanging and even maybe offer to put them on the new one. Since she was no help at all, I just stuffed everything back in the bag that I came with and dealt with it at home.If Kimberly offers to "assist" you, maybe wait until someone else is available.
