My mom went today for a haircut and color. She wanted to look nice for her granddaughters wedding. She had a picture of what she wanted. She is very disappointed with her hair. It was colored blond, which is not what she asked for and an attempt to correct it was made. She left after 7 1/2 hours and paid $110. She looks a bit like Cruella Deville. It still does not look like her picture. She appreciates that everyone was nice and tried to correct her hair but after 7 1/2 hours she was just too tired.

Always a great experience! Ms. Freddi always takes great care of me and nails the look every time. I look forward to my hair appointments and enjoy perusing the store when I’m finished.

I made an appt for a simple trim & wash for my natural hair. The rep couldn't do the appt & want to reschedule me for 2 hrs later. Unfortunately, I had plans at the time so I reschedule with a person in the salon. Get to the salon, I'm not on the schedule & no one has a clue of who the rep is but she's listed as a salon rep. Finally they realized the rep name was abbreviated in the system. The one rep in the salon was doing a customer hair & stated they could do mine in a hour. So frustrated I decided to wait, this is such a inconvenience. I see why alot of the salon stations are empty. Jcpenney yall need to do better because this is ridiculous

So loved my new haircut from Ms. Freddie at the J.C. Penney salon in Cedar Hill. She understood the assignment & is the ultimate professional. She listened to my needs & gave me a ‘designer’ short cut that compliments my face. My Afro is now cool & beautifully shaped. My daughter is impressed & my friends love it. So do I!!!
I also loved the atmosphere in the shop & the warmth & professionalism of the other stylists. I will be going back! Give it a try!

Stylist requested wasn’t available so we went with whomever they assigned us. Services booked were wrong they said so they charged for something different that I absolutely did not get. Super sad because my daughter’s senior pictures are tomorrow and there is nothing I can do about her hair.

I had a great experience at the salon. I was able to be a walk in two weeks ago. The service was excellent, the ladies in the salon were professional, attentive and courteous. I will return again.

Yesterday, mother received an over processed wave nouveau with color that did not take by the manager of the salon. Ends trimmed for $40. TOTAL 195$ for poor quality work.

I had an appointment with Twishika Kemp-Johnson for a wash. When I arrived to the appointment I was told she had left for the day. My commute was over an hour and I left work early just to make it on time to the appointment. It was very inconsiderate & unprofessional of the stylist to not give me a call, text, email … etcccc informing me that she would not be at the salon. Needless to say I won’t be returning to this salon after wasting my time and gas.

Stylist here at this location are unskilled poor and messy among them selves talks about each other like there better then the next one NOT one of yall are good maybe back in the day I went there about 5 times hoping for better results my hair looking better coming in i reget going the young lady when you walk threw to your left poor haircut the older messy lady to the back on the left even worse deneen charge me 110 poor haircut my hair was already short she suppose to be the best in the shop LIES that's why it was so much WRONG had to go back in correct the cut still poor I wouldn't recommend neither of these Stylist to no one POOR STYLIST all they do is talk about each other none of yall are good good GO get your own salon my hair has taken a shock PlEASE DON'T OFFER TO DO IT AGAIN NOT EVEN FOR FREE I rate this place negative 1 final answer BEST WORDS INCOMPETENT YES IM BITTER ABOUT MY HAIR JC PENNY NEEDS TO LOOK INTO THIS UGH

Adrienne provides excellent services. She is able to do exactly what's needed because she can work with all age groups. She knows contemporary styles.
