I came to this location to buy my brother some crocs this evening. It’s his bday. We were singing a song that was playing on the speaker when my brother looks over & sees one of the workers shaking his head at us in shame. ? We felt unwelcomed & left. Made my brother feel conscious. Maybe the worker had a bad day. It’s the holidays & we get it can be stressful.

Went to go get some no show socks on Sunday! Got there at 5:54pm the workers already locked and closed the doors. Not only were they rude and refusing to allow me to make my purchase they just sat there and looked at me. As a former employee of Journeys Kidz we were never allowed to close early but kept the doors open 10 minutes after! I'll never come back to this location.

Came in during the black friday sale with the 15 off 100 Coupon. Picked 2 pairs of shoes well above 100 total. Asked for my military discount which I always do, he said it wouldn't work with the coupon, even though after the military discount the total was still over 100. It only states on the coupon that it may not be combined with other coupons. After arguing with him he finally agreed to try both. And what do you know. It went through fine, no override necessary. Shameful that he's trying to avoid giving people discounts which they're entitled to. I ended up returning 1 pair of the shoes I bought and he tried to keep my original receipt. I'm not sure why he was being so rude and shady with me. Made me very uncomfortable.

Took my wife and kids into this place to buy shoes for the fam, Play hip Hop / rap music was way too loud, and all of the staff was on their phones not paying attention to our needs and we took our business elsewhere

The buying experience was adequate. I have no problems with the sales people. The biggest grief I've got is with the manager at the time. (6pm apr4) who told me because I had no receipt I couldn't get a refund. I understood even though they had all my information via email phone number and credit card transaction so I went ahead and picked another 2 pair of shoes that amounted to more than the exchange. Everything was fine until I paid the difference and asked for my receipt the manager instructed the cashier to throw my receipt in the trash because I didn't bring a receipt so I wasn't eligible to receive a receipt. So I asked in genuine curiosity what about the purchase I just made. She responded that it is journeys at store policy to not provide receipt of purchase if you didn't bring one with you. I said okay and left without a receipt. I called journeys today to get some clarification because it sounded extremely awkward that I would use my credit card and not get a receipt. They informed me that is not their store policy and I will be getting an email with my receipt so I can return the two pair of shoes.

My first experience in this particular store, and certainly my last. I called ahead of time and inquired about returning a pair of children's shoes. I was told that it wouldn't be an issue. I had a very short time frame to accomplish several errands, so timeliness was a factor. After arriving at said location, the tall, slender (piercings in his face) worker/cashier was extremely rude and told me that I could just take them to the children's Journeys. I told him I had already called ahead and was told it was a go. And that i was in a hurry. Again, he told me to take them over to the kids Journeys. As he handed me the box back, even though i brought them in with the box and bag. He was unprofessional and extremely rude. I left and went to the children's Journeys where the whole return took less than 5 minutes. I'm unsure why this dude has a job when clearly he has no interest in doing part of his job. Won't be back at this location.

Although It’s very nice for Journeys to provide free AC to the entire outdoor mall, by leaving their doors open I don’t their ventilation units can keep up with demand on hot summer days. But more power to you—literally.
