I have never had a problem with Key Pharmacy until today. I was told the cut-off for ordering and receiving next day was 5pm. I called at 4:24pm, the tech said no more shipping for the day, I would receive on Tuesday. They are no longer considered dependable.

I just received a call from Key Pharmacy to check to see if I needed a refill on a prescription. Not an automated call but an actual person calling! I appreciate that level of service!

I have recently started using Key Pharmacy and I have been extremely pleased with the customer service and efficiency by them. They get your prescription filled quickly and they are always so kind when calling and checking me out! Moving my scripts to Key Pharmacy was the best choice for me!
