I called this pharmacy to check the availability of a compound medication. The representative was so rude and lacked interpersonal skills. The medication was in stock but I decided to choose another pharmacy due to the poor service I received. She didn't seem to care about the customer's needs or her employer. I do not recommend.

I am a new customer to Key pharmacy and couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience. The staff is personable, experienced, and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to get their patients what they need. I highly recommend Keypharmacy to anyone that is looking for a customer- focused and reliable pharmacy.

The worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I was told to call to check the time my prescription would be ready before coming. The problem I was having is when I called I would be placed on hold each time. The last time I called and refused to hang up, I timed how long it took for them to come back on the phone- 10 minutes!! Just to be told it wasn’t ready and would be ready the next day.
I’m here the next day. I called at 3 and was told it was ready. When I went in for it, I was then told it would be ready after 5. When I questioned it because I was told something different, the young lady told me that the guy told me it would be ready after 5, as if she was on the phone with us. This probably wouldn’t be a big deal if I did not live far from this place.

I would never use Keys Pharmacy again the compound prescription for weight loss was mainly B12. It did not work for weight loss. It was supposed to be Zepbound.

Do not buy compound semaglutide nor tirzepatide from this pharmacy! It is so diluted with other ingredients and in comparison to other compounds, the efficacy of this formula is poor. Big price increase but formula does not improve. Discuss weight loss concerns with providers and get authentic weight loss GLP-1 or 2 on the market. When I asked the pharmacist at Key was his mounjaro compound was so red in color, he stated bc he compounds with Vitamin B-12. They primarily use B-12 and not much of the tirzepatide. Be cautious!

Most of the time I have good service and friendly people who answer the phone. Today was very different. The woman who helped me seemed to have a problem answering my questions about the RX. When I called back with updated info from my doctor she slammed phone down at this end of our conversation. Man, sorry to bother you ma’am! I only spend $500-600 month at your pharmacy. Sorry to bother you!

I would not recommend this pharmacy. Rina is rude, the pharmacist is rude. Also the pharmacist Corey tried to go and review my business as a retaliation instead of just fixing the problem, like a child. He hung up on me because he is clearly very sensitive. Also, they pharmacists techs to take verbal orders from physicians which is illegal. Grow up and at least put your name down like an adult.

I get my meds delivered, every 2 months from Texas to North Carolina. ( Long story) I simply call them, pay with the card that's on file, I set up the best day I'll be available to accept my delivery( meds must stay refrigerated) I pay the overnight Fed ex rate. I get it early in the morning and it's still cool from the ice packs. They are always friendly and efficient.

They delivered my moms meds at 7pm they were to be refrigerated and it was 110 outside and left on her porch. The icepack was room temp and when I called they took no responsibility and took no responsibilty for her meds being ruined. We saw that the courier was close to her house three times and went from our location to 30 miles away. Her meds were left in a car from 7am to 7pm. She now cannot get those meds for another month and these are no use to her. This is no way to do business. The ice pack at least should have been cool. But no it was not. The pharmacy did not do anything to make good on this which is very disapointing especially since she is on a fixed income and getting her meds are already hard but to loose a month of meds is not acceptable especially since I had to pay $20 to get them delivered to her. They need to accomodate the customer and deliver at a time convenient for the customer. But I have never found anyone who answers their phone to be nice EVER!!!!

I had a great experience at this pharmacy. Once they received my prescription it was ready the same day. The pharmacist and techs were nice and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this pharmacy
