Purchased kendamil goat Formula here yesterday due to the fact that my infant has been on it since born and there’s been a shortage at other stores. Today I went to his pediatrician appointment and they said that he can no longer take this formula because he’s Sensitive to it. The can I purchase yesterday was never opened so I came to return it and everyone was rude saying it’s their policy and cannot accept it as a return when I asked to see the policy they said they don’t have it in writing. They just don’t want to take it back. Rude from MANAGER and anyone involved that I spoke to just for the simple fact that I was trying to return it, They looked at me crazy. $50 can of formula that was never opened and completely sealed. If there’s a policy, it should be in writing as a business owner of three businesses. This type of behavior is unacceptable.

Horrible customer service! The customer service desk is never open for returns and you have to stand in line forever at checkout. Also the produce has really gone downhill in the last few weeks have had to make multiple returns.

Horrible customer service, Customer service never opened up... Poted a sign saying they will be back at 4:00,, I came to the store at 2:00 waited for 2hours and still nothing or no one ... Only to be told later that it was close for today .. When that should have been the sign that was posted in the 1st place... ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE

I don't know what Kroger that they are showing pictures of but that is Not Cedar Hill Kroger. I wish that it did look like that.

No one answers the phone and when you ask the automated service to speak to a Manger. Even the manager doesn't answer the phone.

Store could use an upgrade, maybe to a Marketplace. Also the carts are very old and could be replaced. Probably the worst carts I have seen at any Kroger. Some prices aren’t updated in system, compared to tags on food. Tag says lower price but when checked out higher price.

Summary: AVOID curbside orders, they cancel orders within 15 mins of placing them and hold your money 5-7 days for return.
Since 2020 I was consistently using the curbside pickup and had minimal issues, but about 3 months ago things have been horrible. I placed an online order and it was canceled and after talking to customer service they could not refund me the money and it takes almost a week for it to be returned to your account, so now in a position of no groceries and down money. I thought maybe it was a fluke and a busy day, so the following week placed another order and AGAIN it was cancelled. I waited a few weeks and place another order and for the 3rd time Cancelled. This is just insane, because this means they are consistently cancelling multiple orders and Kroger is temporarily holding A LOT of customers money.
Due to this issue, I have been going to Broad St location the last few months and have not encountered problem.
I decided to give CH another chance today 12-8 due to it being closer location option and AGAIN CANCELLED. Due to hesitation and worry that I was going to have the previous issue, I chose to use a credit card, rather than my debit card.

This Kroger has very friendly employees! It's a regular size Kroger. (I only say that because I'm seeing more and more Kroger Signature stores that are HUGE and sell more than groceries). The shelves are nicely stocked, and the floor is always clean. The produce is fresh and usually looks great! Cashiers,sackers, and other employees recognize regulars and make it feel like a real community store. I won't take a point away because the security guard isn't a Dallas Cowboys fan like I should, jk 😀. This location is conveniently off of hwy 67, I like to pull in real fast for that mid-week grocery re-up. Their membership card is okay. I did have a problem with the digital coupons at first, but I finally got used to it. The points do get me a nice ten cents off gasoline whenever I use a Shell. I just wish the points didn't expire, but this doesn't reflect the review of the physical store or this location. The store has plenty of ♿️ handicap spots wish is always good to see. Plenty of lighting in the lot, so customers feel safe.

Nobody ever answers the call line. Every time I call trying to get someone to give info on dry ice, my phone is left to ring for 4-5mins before I end up cutting the call out of frustration. This is 7 times over the last one week, and the SAME EXPERIENCE every time. It's highly disappointing

Today was my first time doing a delivery order. I was in need of food and currently my family only has one car. Their delivery service was top tier. Everything I had on my list was in my order. The driver was nice and helpful. Great service!!
8/31/2024 I left a review a few weeks ago about their service and maybe I spoke too soon. Today has been horrible idk maybe they are having an off day. But I had an order scheduled for delivery between 7-8am and here it is 2:42pm and still nothing. I have tried calling the store and chatting with someone online neither has been of assistance. I was pretty much told I could wait or cancel. Considering I have no food in the house and I don’t have time for wait for a refund to go to another store I’m choosing to wait but this is ridiculous. Idk when my order is gonna come so I can’t leave my house because I don’t want it to end up coming while I’m out. 🤦🏾♀️
