Staff are nice. The store needs a full renovation. It is very dark and crowded. Prices are ok, but still high as in all grocery stores. My wife does not like to go there to shop. Wishing the store well.

This Kroger needs an overhaul. I spoke with the manager and she seemed unbotheredby what I was saying to her. At the deli counter/ as well as the manager where more concerned with future customers, than they are with the customers at hand. Every time I go to this deli they are more concerned with making food for people that are not actually there . I will not return here, and I have been going here for years. Management doesn't seem that pressed to care. Although she is In full make up and weave. The store just doesn't seem to be her first priority. Kroger...do better. I'm done!!

This store must be understaffed and poor management. They don't start stocking the shelves til 8 to 9am on a Saturday when it should be done at 5am or overnight. They have a parking lot full of carts at 8am on a Saturday and it's not because they are that busy. Get it together Kroger. Driving the extra 15 mins to midlothian.

White female manager. Stated her name was Kimberly (not sure if she was honest) who worked on Christmas Eve was very rude and racist to the guest. I was very applauded and disgusted by the way she treated people in the store. Customers and employees. I will never return to this location to shop. If you are a POC I would recommend not shopping while Kimberly is working.

This Kroger is clean and organized every time I shop. With it being the holidays and the store being packed, there were no available baskets inside and I didn't think to bring one in from the parking lot. I accumulated several items and as I was carrying them through the store, an employee named Eric saw me struggling, stopped stocking the shelves and went somewhere to retrieve a basket for me, without me asking and even with me saying there weren't any available. He even asked if I thought he took too long when he got back. That is unexpected excellent customer service, which is always a good thing. Kroger has a great employee in Eric.

Today I went to this place to buy a cake for my little girl since it is her birthday the tall African American lady from the bakery told me how can I help you very rudely I answered I want this cake and she very rudely answered me it is closed I'm sorry I went to the I faced the manager and asked her if the bakery was closed since I needed a cake and the very rude lady said it was closed. She was very kind and called her on her phone and asked her to give it to me. I asked her, are you sure? She said yes, come back. and when that woman looked at me like a demon, she threw the broom against the floor with great anger and looked at me very ugly, she yelled at me which one she wanted and I responded, she yelled at me again, I told her that one and she put it in. She handles it very poorly when she handed it to me. He threw it out because they allow this type of treatment to customers. It's not fair.

If I could give this place a zero I would . I was just in there to get my registration and I had to stand at the the customer service counter for 11 mins in order for someone to come out and help me while on their AirPods having a conversation about some property .Before the worker came out several managers saw me standing there several minutes and never said a word. I even asked a cashier was anyone working customer service only for her to have a nasty attitude and was completely angry cause I asked!This business need to respect the customers time .=More

As a grocery store, it needs upgrades. Self check out sucks. Long lines and no customer service. Got some good offers if you know when to go. Love the pharmacy, great and best customer service quality.

Put in an order at 11:40 for pick up at 2:00pm someone called at 12:53 saying my order won’t be ready at 2 and can they call me when it’s ready. No reasoning, no apology. Sucks for me, the first time I decided to try pick up at Cedar Hill.

Loved these stores. Found everything I was looking for and the employees were wonderful. I could not believe how kins they were. Overall great experience!
