If I could give this place a zero I would . I was just in there to get my registration and I had to stand at the the customer service counter for 11 mins in order for someone to come out and help me while on their AirPods having a conversation about some property . Before the worker came out several managers saw me standing there several minutes and never said a word . I even asked a cashier was anyone working customer service only for her to have a nasty attitude and was completely angry cause I asked ! This business need to respect the customers time .

I would like to give a shout out to Sammi who carried out my groceries and put them in my car, as I am handicapped. I didn't ask for help, he just did it. He's very nice young man. I really appreciated the help.

I have had nothing but issues with this pharmacy from the start. They lie about procedures because they are too lazy to look up correct information then when you complain they put a negative note in your chart for others to be unethical. I was a former employee of this store 436??? Now I was in this store yesterday and I wanna get something for my clients who was in bad condition?? Out of the blue the co-manager name Amber a white American lady approached me not to come to this store anymore?? Means I can not shopped and I'm not allowed in their store Kroger 436??? I ask her why?? What's wrong?? She exactly told me that her boss the store Manager name Murlene and the other co-manager decided not to let me in the store and she told me if I don't get out in that store she will call Police for me??? Can you imagine that kind of nasty attitude she was treated me yesterday afternoon?? Anyway she was totally rude nasty from the last since I was transferred to Meat and Seafoods she was mean and she never help me if I need help in my department which is Meat and Seafoods?? I really don't understand this folks who worked in that store??? Up to this time I was gone and never showed up to work the day I was sick and my two feet are swollen and I have pain I clocked out?? She was rushing to me in the time clock asking me why I am going home?? I don't feel well enough to perform that day?? That's why I'm ready to go home and I exactly told my manager the meat manager that I can not stay or perform and do my job?? Most of the ladies in that store still talked behind my back even do I'm out in that store?? They envy jealousy whatever clothing I am wearing and that lady Amber asked me where I bought one of my blouse that I am wearing?? And she said oh I have some of that kind of blouse and I used to shopped also in Cavaliers store a cowboy store?? CD am you imagine that kind of act approaches she is acting to me?? If you are educated person you should not ask your co -worker where you buy your shirt blouse or whatever?? Gah really low class folks no decency?? Anyway I'm glad I'm out in the store anymore?? I will call corporate regarding this matters happened yesterday when Amber Boss approached me that I not allowed to go there ok Amber? You are the caused of employee who is quitting and you are abnactious mean and don't wanna help co-worker?? We promised Kroger to work like a Team work?? No but you?? You don't wanna give a hand to me and you exactly told me that you are not going to cover me up if I'm going on break?? Good Liuck Amber Boss plus the rest I will exactly express my feelings to the highest ranking folks in Kroger corporate ok?? I am not employee ok?? I a shopper and I give you profit when I shopped ok??

1) Not nearly enough checkers. The line for self checkout is often halfway to the back of the store. Shopping here is a complete waste of time. 2) Otherwise, a fairly decent grocery store, but a shadow of its former self when we first moved here over 30 years ago. 3) Turn around, get back in your car and drive a few miles to Tom Thumb in Duncanville. Kroger is always fresh especially in our department Meat and Seafoods. Produce department as well are most of the displays was fresh n cleaned. This is one sorry store. What Kroger doesn't have broccoli. Not many choices and the store is so very sad. I'm sure because it's in a people I'd color neighborhood. Don't shop here. Save time go to a store that has stocked shelves, even the outside is ugly. The ugliest Kroger I've ever seen. I think I won't shop at Kroger anymore. And I drop $4-600 a month on groceries.

Order grocery pick up at noon today for pickup 5-6pm. A girl from Kroger calls me at 4:41 to say my pick up won't be ready till 7:30pm. I said ok, but wasn't really happy about it because this was for tonight's dinner but knew they may need a little more time. Showed up at 7:30pm they came out and said we are getting your cold foods together. Called them back at 8:00 pm they said that they still needed to get the grapes and milk. Its been an hour waiting 8:30 tried to call back and they didn't pick up. Tried to call into the store customer service just kept ringing. Called the number on the sign again and they said they need another 10 minutes that was 8:37. This store is the worst in customer service. Got the food at 9:02pm.I will not order from them again. I had to order pizza because of how long they took. Terrible service, if you can fulfill the orders close the option.

Cheri the front end coordinator is a racist "Karen". she walked up and accused me of stealing but did not want to bother to look at my receipt instead started yelling "get out of my store" ! i just wanted everyone to know what type of people work there.

I would like to highlight the hard-working staff at Kroger Cedar Hill, especially the Manager Ms. Dana. As we all know the industry has been hit hard with labor shortage a mist covid. Many are stretched thin to meet the demands of the public by working long hours and hustling to keep shelves stocked. Please show extra kindness and grace to our grocery store employees during these times. They are the unsung heroes??

This store is always clean and everyone is so helpful. Produce is well taken care of and fresh, items I want or need are 98% in stock. I had not shopped Kroger until I moved to Cedar Hill. Most of my groceries are picked up here
