recently moved to the area in march, was having problems with my truck for over a month so I figured I'd give them a try since they were right around the corner, called and spoke to Mike, gave me a quote and said to come by Saturday morning, came by and gave him the keys and I sat outside on the bench for the duration of the repair (4-5hrs), once they realized I never really left they came by, gave me updates on how my truck was looking and updated total costs on what it would be, checked on me and made sure I was good and told me what was being repaired/replaced and what the additional costs would be. once everything was done and paid for, after a little over a week of driving, I can say that this is the smoothest I've driven this truck in a while. the guys over there did fantastic work, nothing but praise for them and will be returning if I ever have another issue.

I have had the worst experience at this place. I wouldn’t recommend anybody to come here. I have been back and forth to this shop for the entire month of February. First, I went for a timing change $1800. 3 days later my check engine light comes on and I take it back to be told the oxygen sensor went out another $333. 2 days later check engine light comes on and I’m told it’s another oxygen sensor and camshaft $276. Get it back check engine light comes on again and after screaming and hollering the only one that listen was the manager at the kwik car location(this location is now owned by the same man who owns kwik car) he told me to take it back to this location and it will be looked at free of charge. Take it and they tell me it just needed some fluid in the oxygen sensor and it’s good to go. Get home the same day and my check engine light is back on and they lied to the manager at Kwik car telling him that my check engine light was not on it was my tire pressure! And it’s both lights on for the last 3 weeks. We already established the sensor was out for the tire and that was something I wasn’t
worried about fixing. I wouldn’t refer my enemy to this unprofessional place. Everyone who I told this is where I took my car they said I wish you would have told me that’s where you were going because they to who are black had horrible experiences and never took their car back. I received a reading from another car place and guess what?! My oxygen sensors was never replaced! I’ll be contacting council because now we are falling into Deceptive trade practices which is prohibited in the state of Texas!!
Update: After complaining to a manager name Eric and Tony the general manger at kwik car, he advised me to bring my car to that location to be looked at for them to only drive it to Krueger and have the same mechanic that messed up work on it again. Guess what?! Check engine light came back on a day later. They had it for a day and called me saying we put brand new oxygen sensor in your car (supposedly had brand new ones two weeks ago, sounds like the job wasn’t done in the first place)but ,it’s reading something else is wrong with it and we were going to replace that, but the owner said we can not work on your car because you made a google review! Oh wow a review about the truth cause you to proceed with retaliation. Guess what Mr. Owner?! The google review was only my first stop, I did a BBB complaint as well and the next stop will be a review by a Lawyer!! My social media has a good amount of followers let me head their as well. Places like this give mechanics a bad name and need to start being exposed for taking people money!! This place is horrible. These are all facts and I have receipts to prove it!!!

Had my daughter's car towed here after talking with Chris over the phone. Very nice and honest guy. Got a quote over the phone which was pretty good but I knew when the car got there and looked at it it would go up. Kept me informed on everything. Thanks for the quick return and great work.

Under new ownership this place is nothing like it used to be…….read the other recent reviews the new so called manager Chris is way over his head and dishonest as well. You may find this hard to believe took my suv in 4 TIMES for the same problem finally had to take it somewhere else……..they don’t even return phone calls in the process now of suing them…….this is really a public service message avoid them at all costs a written estimate won’t even protect you they are a disaster.

Not friendly. Non informative. Tried to sell me parts that I didn't need. And lied about what they did to my truck. I used them several times several years ago with good experiences. Not this time. Their service has definitely changed for the worse.
