My car was improperly repaired by your service center, which necessitated a full diagnostic and an additional $400 to correct the underlying issues. Despite the total cost of the corrective repairs being $600, I was only reimbursed for a portion of that amount. Furthermore, the manager's conduct was completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional.

I was in a great mood until Chris Adams the service advisor was so rude in the morning. I was a loyal Customer and I will not be going back here anymore. I just wanted to get a oil change, not attitude.

She said the crew here was incredibly kind & took great care of her.
As she was waiting; another older woman pulled up. This lady had a walker. The guys rushed to open the door for her.
These small actions mean so much.

I will be taking legal action. I brought my car here in great, drivable condition. I ran some errands before coming here with nothing wrong, went to trader joes and the nail salon no leaking. I noticed from my oil change sticker that i would be needing an oil change soon in like two more weeks so i decided to buy a Groupon and get it done now. Mind you this was my go to spot, i have been here many times. Every time i have been in the past, they would fill my tires if low and they would let me know if there were any issues with my vehicle. This time around, they took my car, changed my oil and said i was all good to go. I drove straight to the walmart down the street from there. Was in walmart for about 20-30 minutes. Come out to my car and see dark fluid all on the ground coming from underneath my car. I get on the ground and look under and see a constant flow of oil coming out, i assumed oil because it smelt like it. Got in my car and immediately went back to kwik kar down the street. Told them my car is now leaking oil. Guy said we will look at it. They call me out there and dreads tells salt and pepper dude to explain the issue to me. Dude tells me theres a crack in your engine ? Im assuming he meant my oil pan maybe, but anyways. They said the issue was not caused by them and repeated that. I then asked him how long before all my oil drips out because it was coming out a lot. He said Its only dripping a little so i would just keep an eye on it but you should be fine. Im like okay, told them i would get it fixed and left to the autozone next door to see how much an oil pan would be. Got windshield cleaner and new headlight and left to my home. When i say i didnt make it home. Mind you my home is about 15 minutes from here by freeway. My car started to drive as if i was neutral is the best way to describe it. Check engine light flashing. RPM super high but barely was going 35 on the freeway. The engine seemed to be working super super hard but barley working at all and all i could smell coming through my air vents was the oil they just changed. It was so bad, i could see oil lines dropping behind me on the ground as i slowed down to pull over on the right side of the freeway. I’m not bringing my vehicle back here because i did that already and not only could they not give an accurate answer to what’s wrong with my car, they denied ever having anything to do with this new issue. I had to pull over in the freeway because i was not about to make it worse then how they left me, they made it seem like i was good to go and can drive this vehicle, when it could have literally blown up! Thats so unsafe and its a shame its black men that work there and have no care or concern for their own people. I could have been seriously injured besides the stress and emotional turmoil this has caused as my vehicle is my life line. I adopted my sisters kids and need my vehicle to get them to and from school, events, etc. i also need it for work. How yall gone break my car, lie and say yall didn't do anything, and then send me on my way to drive a car leaking that much oil by the seconds?! Just be wary coming here or you may be needing legal aid in your nearby future. Included some screen shots from videos I took. My speedometer is like that while i was on the freeway, had to pull over and call AAA to tow me home. This is just horrible, trying my hardest to keep my head up. Life is already hard enough, this was not something I needed at this time. Whoever is reading this pray for me please :(
