I went in today Saturday 07/24/21 with my husband and everyone was absolutely amazing! I hate that I didn’t get their name but they were so kind and compassionate and So gentle with me and my husband with our bloodwork. Thank you guys so much.

I went to get labs drawn to check thyroid levels. I know I have a bill but haven’t been financially able to pay off the balance. But sit in waiting room for one hour and a half. Called to window after the wait to be told can’t do my labs due a $27 bill that I didn’t have it that day.I will pay the bill, but I will not be using Labcorp services anymore. I will not recommend Labcorp to Nobody.You sit and sit for hours just for labs is insane. I was a Phlebotomist for 12 years, it doesn’t take long to do the draw Blood keep the lobby clear is the goal and good customer service.

Even with an appointment & arriving 15 mins early I have sat waiting for 1 hour. Totally ridiculous!!

Wonderful staff at this location. My family and I have been coming here for a few years. I've never had a problem. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait but that's to be expected at times. We now just make an appointment on their website and that solves that. Everything is not in and out if you want things done properly. This location only has 2 blood drawing rooms and 1 restroom, so the staff does the best that they can do with the facility that they are working in. This is a busy location and really should have more blood drawing areas and at least another restroom but hey, it is what it is. Good job ladies. We see you and y'all are appreciated.

I'm so impressed by the efficiency of this place. I'm difficult for most to draw on but Lanel is AWESOME...she was so confident and it took her literally seconds to find the spot. Before I knew it I was on my way. What a great encounter she has an incredible personality and a beautiful spirit. Thank you, Lanel!!!!!!

My husband has been going to lab Corp located in Cedar Hill tx. The technicians are rude and unprofessional they talk loud and aggressive inside the rooms where no one can be witness and also in front of the peoples at the front desk to get them embarrassing that's not the way that health care professionals treat the customers /patients and NOT ALL the patients who are using this location DO NOT have knowledge on health care My husband is a first surgical assistant accredited by the American Board, said that not everyone have a label on to distinguish everyone knowledge about rules and procedures.They do not care about the blood samples, all the samples with out identification over the front desk waiting for the technician to take care HOW they can IDENTIFY their names AFTER telling the PATIENTS GO ?? For my understanding that should be labeled in front of the patient and on private WAY and do not instruct properly the proceduresThe technicians do not want to work properly treating the patient rude and LAUD they let the patients WAIT in the opening time with out reason, This not only happens to my husband this day also not only this day several times he visit the Cedar Hill location.Should be selected the personnel for this position patients go for medical reason to perform the lab work with different health issues.I am sure if any of his relatives (family) need this services they expect RESPECT, PROFESSIONALISM AND CARING ! but because it's someone else they done care.if any of the patients acting equal to them they will be service denied to them for aggressive or complaining to much. TREAT AS YOU WANT TO BE TREAT.

After having really bad experiences getting my blood tested and drained, this was very refreshing. The wait wasn't too long, and the staff were friendly and professional. Most importantly, any needles and insertions were done quickly and quite painlessly. No accidents, no overly extented time inside, perfect. Definitely will be making this my primary facility!

I was here for about an hour but LaNell was super sweet and did a great job! There were a lot of people which caused the wait but the employees were working hard to get through everybody as quickly as possible!

I went in today for routine blood work I got there at 7:40 it was already 5 people ahead of me. I was finally called up at 8:12 by the lady at the window (she had an accent) she was really nice. She told me she would put one more order in then call me up about 3 minutes later my name is called but it was by the other lady who I believe was late to work because she walked in at 8:16 anyway I get back there she already seemed to have had an attitude then she preceded to tell me I needed a urine sample. I went to restroom and knocked on door someone was in there. I waited like 5-7 min outside the bathroom for lady in there to come out. So while I wait I ask the lady who was gonna take my bloodwork could she go ahead and take my blood since i wasn’t able to go in the restroom yet for my urine sample she rudely said no the order says urine first (WHAT I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF THAT) Ms . Lady this is not a profession to be uncaring and rude to people apparently she woke up on the wrong side of the bed. I didn’t even like how she was when drawing my blood she kept saying ball your first up in a rudely manner .1-12-24

Rudest personnel. The technician does not know how to talk to people. Booked an appointment online. Checked in 30 minutes ahead of time and waited in my car. Walked in on time and was confronted by the tech. Told me “she doesn’t know what is going on on the back end but they are closed. I advised I have an appointment, she replied we are closed. Google isn’t updated. Online booking doesn’t say that. How she handled me was unprofessional and unacceptable.

employee at desk was indifferent and rude, had canned answers (on FB on her phone). would not answer my question unless i checked in, i waited 1/2 hour to ask if my appointment was scheduled in 2weeks. unprofessional and uncaring.

I had to bring my little boy Blayne here for a blood draw from his neurologist, and he didn't do so well. The sweet ladies here were SO patient, and so kind. They helped him and myself through it. I'm thanking the Lord for them this morning!!!

Listen... I am extremely needle-phobic despite having to do labs frequently. My phobia was borne from having small, rolling veins that require multiple sticks, leaving bruises.LabCorp never misses. One stick and I'm done. I don't even do labs in the Dr's office anymore. I request they send them to LabCorp for me to complete there as I know my needle-anxiety will be at rest.

The hours on the door say "Saturday 0800-1200." That's a lie, we got there before 1200, nobody was there and there was a lock on the door.
