I was here for about an hour but LaNell was super sweet and did a great job! There were a lot of people which caused the wait but the employees were working hard to get through everybody as quickly as possible!

I went in today for routine blood work I got there at 7:40 it was already 5 people ahead of me. I was finally called up at 8:12 by the lady at the window (she had an accent) she was really nice. She told me she would put one more order in then call me up about 3 minutes later my name is called but it was by the other lady who I believe was late to work because she walked in at 8:16 anyway I get back there she already seemed to have had an attitude then she preceded to tell me I needed a urine sample. I went to restroom and knocked on door someone was in there. I waited like 5-7 min outside the bathroom for lady in there to come out. So while I wait I ask the lady who was gonna take my bloodwork could she go ahead and take my blood since i wasn’t able to go in the restroom yet for my urine sample she rudely said no the order says urine first (WHAT I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF THAT) Ms . Lady this is not a profession to be uncaring and rude to people apparently she woke up on the wrong side of the bed. I didn’t even like how she was when drawing my blood she kept saying ball your first up in a rudely manner .1-12-24

Rudest personnel. The technician does not know how to talk to people. Booked an appointment online. Checked in 30 minutes ahead of time and waited in my car. Walked in on time and was confronted by the tech. Told me “she doesn’t know what is going on on the back end but they are closed. I advised I have an appointment, she replied we are closed. Google isn’t updated. Online booking doesn’t say that. How she handled me was unprofessional and unacceptable.

I had to bring my little boy Blayne here for a blood draw from his neurologist, and he didn't do so well. The sweet ladies here were SO patient, and so kind. They helped him and myself through it. I'm thanking the Lord for them this morning!!!

Listen... I am extremely needle-phobic despite having to do labs frequently. My phobia was borne from having small, rolling veins that require multiple sticks, leaving bruises.LabCorp never misses. One stick and I'm done. I don't even do labs in the Dr's office anymore. I request they send them to LabCorp for me to complete there as I know my needle-anxiety will be at rest.

The hours on the door say "Saturday 0800-1200." That's a lie, we got there before 1200, nobody was there and there was a lock on the door.

This morning I came in to do a 3 hour glucose tolerance test. I was not aware that my 24 hour urine collection had to be turned in at the same time as the blood was drawn because it was all in one order. I figured I could bring that in later. The ladies in the back were very polite and explained that since it was all in one order, per the doctor, it had to be done all together. I completely understood. When I walked out of the testing area and back to the front, I thought of a couple questions to ask. I patiently waited at the window for the lady working to return. When she came back, I asked her if I could go home, start the urine test (I hadn't used the restroom but once today) and start the urine test and return for the 3 hour test in the morning. In a very rude but yet passive way, she told me,"thats not how that test works. Have you not read the instructions on the side of your container?" I was stunned. I had never been spoken to in that way before.I told her I had not read the instructions and TRIED telling her that I figured that as long as it was all started in the morning and I hadn't used the bathroom but once then it should be fine (I've had to collect my urine before two other times so I have an idea as to how it works). But she interrupted me and said,"Did the ladies in the back not provide you with the information you needed?" I told her,"they told me about having to do all the blood work at once but they didn't given me instructions on the urine test. She then said,"Ma'am I have other people that have checked in that are waiting. If you have any more questions, you will need to sign back in again. I cannot continue this conversation." I then asked,"what about the money I paid this morning? Can that be applied towards my next visit?" She rudely responded and said,"You are not in the system anymore!" So then I asked,"does that mean the payment didn't go through?" I honestly don't know how any of this works. I do NOT work for Labcorp and I figured that if I gave them my credit card and signed a credit card receipt that it all went through. She got very defensive with me and again told me that I would need to sign in again if I had any more questions. I told her I wasn't trying to keep her from what she needed to do. I just had some questions and I was sorry. Yes...I apologized to her. When I turned around to walk out, people in the waiting area were looking at me and they looked just as stunned as I did. I was so embarrassed and shocked by the whole experience. I left in tears. The lab technicians at the Labcorp are terrific. However, the African American woman working the front desk with red highlights in her hair was extremely rude. I am almost 7 months pregnant and left in tears, and 45 minutes after this encounter I am STILL in tears. No one should EVER talk to someone in that way, If you don't mind someone making you feel like a complete and total idiot then come to this location. I've come to this Labcorp SEVERAL times but will not be returning. I don't think I can emotionally handle being treated so poorly again.

These guys are really good at their job! Super friendly and great at reducing the stress of getting blood taken. They do get busy at times but handle it with grace when people complain about waiting

Every time I come in there is a woman who gives me a hard time with my orders example been in the this same labcorp location 3 times in the past mth and she supposedly does not have my insurance card on file, even after I just scanned both sides of my card when I checked in. Then she calls me back to the window to tell me the test is ordered as stat

This location has great customer service. The associates are thorough and friendly. There is little to no wait time. I would recommend scheduling an appointment versus walking in for a first available appointment.

Very quick service rarely busy. It's supposed to be closed between 12:30 and 1:30 p.m. but I went in at 1:20 and was out by 1:30.

First time here! Don't let outside appearance fool you, I thought it was closed at first. I had some technical difficulties getting my lab orders but the staff were great and very helpful! Toya was especially helpful and patient in getting my labs orders. Shout out to Lanel for drawing my labs on the first attempt with very little pain involved. Thank you all again for all your help!
