Love this place but some of the female workers have bad attitudes and no patience.
They do good work with acrylic nails and artwork

If you have naturally thick healthy nails that grow and all you need is gel polish then be cautious when going to this nail salon. They use what is called “builder gel” that can be used for thin brittle nails. It looks no different from the regular nail gel but I noticed a day or two there was a crack on some of my nails. This gel last for extremely long periods of time. The gel is like cement and is difficult to remove from your nail and will cause further damage to your natural nails. This happened to me twice at this salon. The first time I didn’t quite understand why but the second time I researched it and found that they use “builder gel”. It has taken me 6 months to regain the healthiness of my natural nails.
I am done with the nail salons at the moment. I refuse to pay a nail tech to damage my nails while I sit, wait, and watch them do so.

Really nice interior design and the drinks were a nice touch. My pedicure was perfect even though I felt like she could have exfoliated a bit more. The color powder acrylic set was AWFUL. the nail shape and form is good but he cut my cuticles to shreds. 8 of my 10 fingers were bleeding. I got my nails done on sat and its mon now and it still stings to wash my hands, take a shower, or put on cream. There were 2 men working, this was the older guy. and he was so rough with twisting my wrists around to change my hand position. never again

I went in for a red french tip and currently had blue dip nails and they just painted over the blue and the paint came off 2 days later and the dip started lifting after 5 days

Came in to soak off my nails and just get a solid gel color. It was terrible… I could of literally done this at home instead of paying $43.00.

Had the best pedicure by Ms. Cindy. Also got extended dip nails and they are horrible. Lady was rough, you would think with 20yrs experience she would have done a better job. I will only go back for pedicures.

These people are trash! Very talented BUT very rude and have poor customer service skills. They are quick to be dismissive and even yell. It is very odd since they make income from customers. I don’t care how talented they are here, NOT worth the hassle. Choose elsewhere folks

This place needs to do better with customer services. They are unapologetically rude to customers and unclean. The only person that is nice is the woman at the front. Too many nail shops within a mile of this place to put up with rudeness and inattentiveness from someone I am paying.

Overpriced. I've never gone to a salon that charges extra for the SHAPE of the nail. You would specifically have to get only square nails, every other shape is an additional charge. I went here with a friend and she got a simple design on her natural nail with clear polish and her total was $68 which was more than my own nail set which was acrylic french tips. Her nail tech also did not inform her of how much her nails would be while she was getting them done so she was not at all prepared for the price. It's an overpriced place for mediocre work.

The products that the nail techs use at cheap my nails kept getting fungus and breaking. I had to keep returning to get nail repair. I went there for about four months and finally after getting fungus on four of my nails I just couldn't go back. I got a pedicure and the lady cut my foot. I'm diabetic I told her so I couldn't get a pedicures so I continue to get toe polish change and she never wanted to clean her station she would have nail residue and she would not use any kind of cleaning solution after each person gets along was beautiful, but it just didn't fit my needs so I will never go back.
