I was in store #4644, Cedar Hill, Uptown location, and the air conditioning has been out for two weeks! It was hotter in the store than it is outside and the temperature is 98 degrees! Lane Bryant, should not place making a profit ahead of their employees and customers but should provide a better shopping and working environment for all. This is an injustice to keep the store open while the air conditioning is out of service. The fans that are currently in place is not doing anything to help cool this store off. I watched as an employee waited on a customer and she was sweating profusely. Being in that type of atmosphere is not healthy for anyone. Therefore, it is imperative that his store be closed, and the air conditioning fixed before anyone can shop or work there in a comfortable environment. Further, and while the store is closed, the employees should be compensated beyond their regular hourly rate because they are committed to making the shopping experience great for everyone who comes into the store. This is fair to them and a good will gesture from Lane Bryant.

I went in looking to make a purchase and the customer service I received was not good to say the least. There were 2 ladies standing behind the counter and they turned and looked at me like I inconvenienced them by entering as the store was empty and they were chit chatting. Instead of matching their energy I smiled and said hello. They still seem uninterested and uninspired to do the bare minimum and show any type of customer service. A 3rd lady appeared and she did say hello and I greeted her. I believe 1 of the initial 2 ladies was a manger and that really is sad because I would have expected her to lead by example. I ended up struggling to get help in finding what I needed. Ultimately I decided to leave without a purchase. The 1 lady who did speak and make any effort appeared to be juggling a lot by herself while the other 2 remained leaning on the counter talking and at no point offered to help me.

The staff were great, received a call from Tamara to come in to use those coupons I got , I came in today and grabbed more items today. Thank a lot for all the great staff that are super helpful

Shopping at Lane Bryant (Cedarhill) today and had the pleasure of meeting a beautiful young lady named Kelsey,working as the sales associate( I pray I spelled her name correctly).
She was so patient and kind. Great customer service, it's just refreshing to spend money in an establishment were people treat like a person and not a problem. Thanks again Kelsey for your patience, time and helpful savings tips😉. See you soon!

I can not believe this store has poor customer service! My friend and I were looking to do a little retail therapy in Lane Bryant, Cedar Hill. I get it, sometimes when you enter the store an associate may be busy, or just didn't hear the chime when the door opens, so I don't really hold that against them. BUT when you have been in the store for nearly 10 minutes and no one greets you, ask if they could help you, or even can I start a dressing room for you is rude! Mind you, we were the ONLY customers in the store! There was as associate in the back, looks like she was putting up inventory and then another employee walked in for her shift. Needless to say the sales associate never left from behind the counter to assist us with anything. So we kindly put everything back and left the store. I really hope this employee is not a reflection of Lane Bryant and the way they treat all customers. I WILL NOT visit this store again AT ALL!

I’ve always come to shop here, but unfortunately, this time it wasn’t a pleasant one. As I entered the store, there was no one to be found. No one greeted and said hello. May I help you. I asked the associate to please if she could remove a summer blouse that was on a mannequin and was told that can’t remove any clothing off the mannequins. I had a couple addresses that I was about to purchase and decided not to. I will take my business elsewhere like Torrid for instance they did remove a couple of blouses from the mannequins for me to try. I’ll be taking my business there. ?

Not my idea of outlet shopping. I went specifically for shoes. On the back wall were two pair. I asked the sales associate and was told that’s all they had. On my way out there were shoes on an end cap like structure as well as on a wall. Selection was less than subpar.

I haven't found anything I like there in a while. The style of clothes there is just not for me. I love the bras, but only when they are on sale.
