DON’T GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! They screwed us! Sold us a car and it stopped working nit even 3 weeks after we purchased it! lol they wanted us to Continue to make payments on the car monthly even though it was out of service sitting in our garage. When we told them to come pick it up(so that we could go purchase another vehicle from a reputable dealer and not have to pay two car payments) they “ensured” us it wouldn’t go on our credit as a repo because we voluntarily surrendered it, yet they still put it on our credit ass a repo. The vehicle stopped working so fast it still had the paper temp tags on it when they came to pick up. HORRIBLE PLACE and EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE

My name is Morgan, and I just have to say that Let em Ride autos are one of the BEST. I got my car a couple years back from them and finally paid it off a few months ago. They were so helpful and sweet throughout our years knowing each other. They even sent me a hand written letter along with my title saying how much they appreciated me and congratulating me. I was actually sad to have to make my last payment to them!! The girls there knew me by name and would chat me up everytime I called, asking about my grandma, who I had told them like a year ago was sick. The fact they remembered those small details made my experience even more memorable. I will never forget these girls. If youre even doubting for a second if you should go through them, DONT. They treat you like family ♡ Love you guys and I'll miss you so much!!

Don’t go to this call lot they are bs im writing a review from my other gmail since they say I never got a car McGowan is my married name but moral of the store I got a car her and the mother blank broke down on me at work and they came and got the car never called and said the car was fixed or nothing so now the manager says that they can finance me like I did something wrong when they got the car and I looked at the inventory and the same car I had is on there

Predatory car lot. Goes based off of the worst of your 3 credit scores. Cars all broken down, flat tires, wrecked body, and over 200K miles. Not worth it.

Where is brandi? She was the most pleasant to work with and understood and showed she was rooting for you. 5 payment till im done paying my car, almost 2 years never had been late until now and they seem annoyed im going through financial difficulties or unwilling to help me out. Glad im almost done but hoped to be more credited for being a good customer through the years and just going through a hard time.

Was with them for almost 10 years , all they care about is $$$ loyalty isn't in their favor . recently had a major storm hit and totalled out my vehicle , they didn't help me whatsoever and reported my car as a repossession to my credit, purchased 5 vehicles thru them through out those years . Take your business somewhere else
