  Where do I start? holy smokes this place is terrible and ran by very sketchy people who not only lie but try’s to strong arm you for every last penny of your tax return! To get to the point I’ve always filed with H&R Block due to being in the Military and them being wherever I was stationed but Last year was the first time I filed with liberty Tax after I returned to the US. Let me Tell you…1st/our taxes were filed in the wrong state2nd/ we told the tax preparer and was told to handle it ourselves that she could do nothing since it’s be filed. (It was amend after we called corporate ??) (a lot of them are franchised out)3rd/ They charged us 900 something dollars to be told they can’t help us and to be told the following year we were overcharged the previous year ( Mahmood Dhanani told us that) as to the reason we were given a free tax filing certificate that was not explained or honored what so ever just a piece of paper4/ the owner (Mahmood Dhanani )and his wife were very rude and told me if I want services for free to file them myself which I don’t understand that nothing in this world is free(via the free certificate)…The owners wife kept calling me a liar and insisting that how she knows the owner isn’t lying is because she’s married to him. And was completely oblivious to me and his conversation.i asked her is this tax filing business a customer first business? She said “yes” she kept shouting at me!! I then ask why do you keep calling me a liar then?5/ the Certificate was presented with all our tax documents when we walked in the owner insisted we hid it from him until they completed our paperwork which is not true cause like I said everything was presented when we walked in. The lady (who seemed very new to tax filing) had our paperwork on her desk she handed it to Mr Mahmood Dhanani so how is that my fault that every 5 mins she need clarification on if she was doing it right and didn’t show him the paperwork??6/ we offered to go somewhere else sense they didn’t want to honor our free tax filing certificate but he kept being really weird and saying he will honor it but more so under his breath. He end up filing our taxes after we already told him we’re going somewhere else!! so whatever right no big deal and when they were approved they called us up there to pick up our paperwork just for them to try to once again strong arm money from me after they have agreed and harassed us about paying that’s when the shouting match started the lady wouldn’t give me my personal information until I paid she said I threatened to call the police if this is how they wanted to play the owners wife then calls him and tries to hand me the phone number which I deny Mr. Mahmood Dhanani ( just looked up his name) because he once again asked about money. Moral of the story this company is terrible pay attention, be aware, they will screw up on your taxes it’s inevitable everyone that literally works there are new to handling taxes or just simply don’t know what they’re doing.

  WORST PLACE TO DO TAXES. Overcharge and don’t mention any fees they have until they are done filing taxes. The two main office people (mike and his wife) were super rude and could not answer any of the questions I had. Definitely would not recommend doing taxes here. Half a star if It was an option. Worst experience in doing my taxes ever.!

  It took them damn near 4 months to get them through, we provided them with everything. If that wasn't bad enough they were supposed to pay my taxes with my account, they NEVER did I had to deal with tha IRS. Then they said they did it for free FOH. I paid them $90 something and tha business paid $200 something smh ??‍♂️ idk if I'll use yall next tax season sorry guys it was a DISASTER.

  I've been going for seven years and never had bad luck, I feel their concern the location I went to very accurate they asks questions to be filled in to be acquainted with your past tax experience they explain when your receiving and/or you might experience delays.i would recommend you try your experience.
