I love this store, but recently had a bad experience. I found some shoes that I loved, but they look worn so I asked for a discount since I would have to clean them up and the manager offered $2 off. As a business owner, I believe in taking care of your clients. Worn shoes should not have been returned anyways! I'm super disappointed.

I had such a great experience with an employee that I went to tell the manager. What a delightful woman, the manager was also a great experience with customer service, friendly , happy, positive and everyone needs a compliment to work with the public. Just as easy to say great things as we always get a manager if we had an unpleasant experience. Try finding that supervisor, if you had a good experience!

I have pretty bad seasonal allergies. I was shopping here a week ago and I sneezed walking past the perfume. An associate named Chrissy/christy literally ran from me. She walked to her coworker and complained that I sneezed “right on her” and I’m “not wearing a mask.” She was loud like she wanted me to hear her. I did and so did about 3-5 other people. Totally embarrassing me. If she’s so afraid of germs then stay home! Why do you work with public if you are running away from one sneeze? I don’t know if I’ll come back. She is Way too old to be acting so childish. I’ve also had issues with another cashier but I can’t remember her name, she’s always there though with her attitude as well. A few more thoughts:
1. It’s 2024 not 2020. We are not required to wear masks anywhere anymore. Not even to the doctor or hospital. Not to mention I’m not contagious, it’s spring and tons of people have allergies get over it.
2. I covered my mouth and sneezed into my sleeve so I don’t know why she acted like I sneezed in her face.
3. Also about her mask comment, those surgical masks she was wearing do not protect you from ANY germs or illnesses. Only n95 masks do and that was not what she was wearing. Having that “holier than thou” attitude while not even wearing the correct mask is laughable. Not to mention wearing those masks constantly is a great way to get sick. You’re supposed to be exposed to germs, it keeps your immune system healthy. Also you don’t get enough oxygen with those masks, breathing in your own co2 for hours and hours is insane. There’s so many studies that prove those masks don’t protect you from illness and do way more harm than good.
