Salesman was polite, patient, and explained everything so you could understand. He was to the point and even told me ro lay on mattress to see if it was what I was looking for. He was a very good salesman and I recommend him to anyone.

Maria helped me at the Cedar Hill store. She was super knowledgeable and explained in detail about the mattress I needed for my Mom! She also helped me get the mattress in my car. I so appreciate great customer service and that is what Maria provided.

The gentleman who helped me was knowledgeable, pleasant, professional and efficient. He answered all my questions and helped me quickly get what I needed. Fast and efficient service is important to me because I have 2 small kids that I was trying to get home by bedtime. Christopher was great!

Just purchased a new full size adjust head and feet frame with a new medium firm mattress from Mattress Firm clearance for less then 1500$ Any where else I’ve looked been 2200+ I suggest stopping by here before you go else where. The best part is the sales man is straight forward going to get you the best and the best price he can not trying to con you like most sales people do. Mattress Firm really needs to hire more like him!!!!!
