The worst experience ever… the minute we walked in the NP had the worst attitude, rude, and no pleasant at all… Was there for a DOT examination and I knew she was not going to pass me! Asked me the same questions over and over. Please do not come here for those types of exams!money and time wasted! Her name was Adejoke Awoleye- I would have seen these reviews beforehand, I would have never set an appointment there… she also stated this was not a “walk in clinic” as seen all over that they accept walk in’s… CVS do better!!!

Waited over 30 minutes before anyone showed up…appointment was at 2:40 and the NP didn’t arrive until 3:08. Then she saw someone else before us and we were the first to check in. My time is just as valuable as anyone else. She had no sense of urgency.

The doctor that helped with my daughter’s sports physical was truly amazing. She made the physical easy and also built rapport with my daughter and I. Her customer service was spot on.

Cedar hill minute clinic gets 5 stars. I was able to make an appointment easily and I was greeted by the nurse practitioner within minutes of the appointment time. The NP was professional and courteous through the appointment which lasted about 30 minutes. She asked all the right questions and listened to my concerns. She demonstrated good judgment in selecting the right medication. It’s been 4 days and I feel much better. CVS gets bonus points because we ordered my medication right there and it was ready for pickup in the time it took me to walk to the pharmacy window.

Came in for a SCHEDULE appointment to have TB testing for work. AN HOUR LATER, still not seen, 3 other patients in waiting room with appointments also waiting 20+ minutes past their scheduled time just for TB reading! The provider didn’t start taking her first patient until 10AM, the girl in front of me had a 9:30AM appointment! No acknowledgement to the patients in waiting room that we were even there or an apology or explanation for why it was taking so long. This is supposed to be a MINUTE CLINIC, not an hour and a half later clinic. I rescheduled for the same day at a different location and got right in. Poor service from this Cedar Hill clinic. People make appointments for a reason, we don’t all run off of CP time!

I had a very disappointing experience with Adejoke Awoleye, NP. She was rude and had a noticeably unprofessional attitude throughout my visit. I came in for treatment for a yeast infection, and she insisted that a pelvic exam was required in order to prescribe medication. This was confusing and frustrating because I had been treated previously without needing one, and her explanation for the inconsistency didn’t make much sense.
During the exam, she did not use enough gel on the speculum, which made the process extremely uncomfortable. To make matters worse, she twisted the speculum in a way I’ve never experienced in any previous pelvic exam typically, providers just insert and open it, not twist it. When I reacted to the discomfort, she sighed and seemed irritated that I wasn’t relaxed, despite her rough technique and poor bedside manner.
Overall, I felt dismissed, uncomfortable, and disrespected. I would not recommend seeing her based on my experience.

Waisted my time here. I am so disappointed the person you have working here is so unprofessional she refused to see my son since he would not wear a mask but he is only 2. I did not have this issue when I took him to the minut clinic in red oak, I do not recommend this location unless you are planning on waisting your time. The only reason I came here was because the red oak location was all booked up but I clearly see now why this location has availability.

I went to the Minute Clinic on Beltline Road in Cedar Hill Texas to get treatment for a upper respiratory infection and I was seen immediately and treated with pure and sensitive attention I was given professional advice and treated with like royalty. Ms. Adejoke Awoleye, NP gave me very helpful and unlimited advice and information needed to help me get through my appointment with ease. I’m healing very quickly and I’m extremely grateful for their support and professionalism.

Avoid at all cost. Best urgent care in Cedar Hill is on Uptown Blvd (just make sure you are in their network). My son went in for sore throat. $33 for strep test and $91 visit charge WITH insurance. Infection (not strep) NP sends him home with only lidocaine Rx and tells him to go to the doctor if not better in two weeks. No consideration of what will be needed as the infection moves into his chest. A week later, he is coughing and lacking energy with a full-blown URI. What happened to steroids and cough medicine if you don't prescribe an antibiotic? Never again.

I have gone to this clinic twice and had to wait an hour the first time and then 80 minutes the second time. The nurses and kind and knowledgeable. The management is horrendous. Management is deliberately understaffing nurses. I 100% will never come back and never recommend this clinic. Ridiculous.

Dumb incompetent doctor that arrive late at 1 minute clinic only gives a patient 3 pills for his high blood pressure when she lets him know he has it high then she don't give call back next day like she said she was going to let him know about his test results letting him be at risk with no medication for his high blood pressure PLEASE DO NOT GOT HERE

TERRIBLE! I waited over an hour of my appointment time to be seen and the NP ERANE WILLIS was EXTREMELY rude unprofessional and didn’t seem to know what she was doing. I worked for a doctor before and she clearly didn’t even know how to check my blood pressure. HIGHLY unsatisfied and do not recommend this location.
