Erane Willis, the practitioner on staff at the time was not pleasant to work with over the holidays. I came in for an appointment at 11 and I didn't get seen till 12. She seemed overwhelmed and in a big disarray. I just noticed that she did not put my insurance information in correctly and I was billed. Please either help this old lady out or remove her from the practitioners on the roster. I have never had such bad service at a Minute Clinic before.

I was scheduled for an appointment at 5:30pm. They had an appt. that was earlier, so I received a text message to come in at an earlier time. I scheduled it. On my way to the appt. I get a text message saying we had to cancel your appt. due to unforeseen circumstances. This is so unprofessional. Will never come back to this place.

Worst service, no empathy for customers. The lady in charge of doing the vital signs was rude since the beginning. Do not trust when they mention walk ins are welcome because is not true; even if the are just sitting down without any patients, they won’t help you because they are so busy.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!first, they want to charge me $80.00 for a prescription that I've paid $5.00 for the last 4 years at a different CVS (in the white neighborhood)...then when I called to cancel it so I could transfer it back to that CVS, they REFUSED to pick up the phone for me AND their own Customer Relations department..we waited on hold for over an hour before just hanging up/giving up...POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE... RIDICULOUS!!

Unless you just need a flu shot or a Covid booster don't bother wasting your time coming here. They couldn't even take my blood pressure for my company's annual wellness check. Waste of time.

I scheduled my appointment online a few hours beforehand and booked a spot. I went in to get my ear checked out since I had an infection. The visit was a bit pricey for me, but it was worth it because the experience was great, clinic was clean, and for the convenience factor. I was seen by Erane Willis. She was professional and quick, and got me in and out of there in a little over 20 minutes.

Ms Johnelle cooper was an amazing nurse today. She was running it by herself, and she had a great attitude will definitely be back when she is here.

I was very hesitant at the start because of all the reviews and everything they say about this clinic but I can honestly say in my opinion and my experience it was 100%, it was quick, and I had Ms Erane as the one takin care of me that day I was already not having a good day with other clinics, but when I got here it was totally different she was very professional, very clean which that to me is already a plus! She was very kind, she was very patient, and mainly of all she met my needs so I definitely will be using this place in the future if I need to

I had the best experience with Johnelle and Monic! Extremely personable and knowledgeable healthcare providers, and Johnelle especially had great recommendations to the questions I asked. Would definitely come here again!

Omg my worst experience ever. NP Erane is EVIL. She's a nightmare. The way she talked to not only me but other patients is unbelievable. She's super rude, and very very disrespectful. I feel bad for anyone that would dare visit this place!

The NP Erane Willis is a JOKE, beyond rude, and quite frankly gives off I have no idea what the heck I am doing vibes. First off, we had to wait over an hour after our appointment time to be actually seen even after receiving like 5 emails prior to appointment day to get there at least 15 minutes early. Once we were finally sat in the room with the NP, my 3 y/o had to use the bathroom so we went since the NP was all over the place still looking for her supplies. Once we got back, less than 3-4 minutes later, we had been skipped on over and she had moved on to another patient. Mind you when we finally made it back in to the room with her she was STILL gathering her supplies. Once we moved on to the actual shot part of our appointment, the NP was completely UN-knowledgeable on the matter and had no idea how to answer my questions. Mind you again, my 3 y/o was the patient. I pulled my phone out to check something and this lady YELLS at me to put it away. Long story short, this lady has no idea what she is doing, appointments need to be spaced out A LOT more or they need to have more than one person working. Don't waste your time here go to your actual doctor.

I would rate no star but have to choose a star to leave a comment. Definitely not a minute clinic should just use the name CVS clinic. Long wait just to have a TB test read because MD has to do it, what since does that make? I worked in a doctor office as a MA and we read TB test not the MD. Make changes asap they have lost my business faster service at a MD office.
