She then found an available larger unit and processed the transfer paperwork, which was wonderful because it's the size we originally wanted back in 2022 (with the previous owners). “O my goodness, this place felt like home the moment I walked in.... Nancy greeted me at the door, she explained everything, she was SO NICE AND FRIENDLY!!!! I had applied and paid online, and a few minutes after she called and we arranged to meet within the hour, it was like running into an old friend she was such a kind person, she followed me to my outside unit showed me the unit which had a little welcome bag waiting, she made sure I knew how to use the lock, I have never used this storage company before but so far it's much better than my experience with Public storage a few years back”
