40 minutes to not see a doctor. It wasn’t very busy when came in. So I’m not sure what the issue was. But 40 minutes waiting in a room is ridiculous

Horrible customer service. I’m a loyal customer and I’ve waited at least 45 mins to see the doctor on previous visits. This one time I was 5 mins late the doctor had already left the building. 12:00 pm appt my arrival time 12:05pm. No grace or empathy shown given that I couldn’t see because you gave me the wrong contact lens prescription. Despicable service. $300 later I’m left with contacts I can’t use. 1 star too many..

The staff are patient and knowledgeable. Krystle was amazing at the cedar hill location. She fixed me right up and took care of all of my insurance questions as well as my daughters glass needs.

Wouldn't honor a prescription since it expired in 3 days. Let me repeat. It was not expired yet and they still wouldn't honor it. That is illegal and I highly recommend using another provider.

I previously went to this location a year ago, it was okay. I had to return 3 times before my prescription was right waited 3weeks on contacts. I scheduled another appointment for this year. I am not sure if they switched doctors but they are over pricing on contacts exam. I went to 2 different eye doctors to see if they charges are the same and they are not. Much cheaper and quicker. I don’t like when people try to take advantage of customers. I have insurance and they wanted to double charge me. I will never return to this location. Please find another eye doctor this Eye Dr is not the one.

No, thank you I found an eye Dr that is more accommodating. Your response makes no sense because when we left there was only one patient. Furthermore, when I spoke with you...you did blow me off so no thank you! I'll go where I'm appreciated!

Visited this location for the first time on yesterday. The Dr and staff were very courteous and helpful, receptionist could use some Customer Service training.. or maybe a smile here and there. I will definitely be visiting again in the future, my new fav location!

All I have to say that the customer service is terrible. They did not complete my exam correctly as far as providing me my prescription and I’m very disappointed with this place.

I love it here. Was my first time ever and believe it or not they saved my life. They took pictures of behind my eyes and come to find out I needed to go to the ER and the admitted me for a week due to those pictures Addison took and I thank him so much for it. If it wasn’t for him and my eye Dr no telling what could have happened.

Went in a couple days ago and I love the customer service I received from both Krystle and Tiffany! They were both super helpful and explained to me the type of lenses they had and made my purchase super easy. Helped me with my decision in finding the perfect fit for me. Truly recommend this place if you’re looking to purchase glasses!!
