This was my first visit to this location. I was able to make an appointment the day before for a wheel alignment. The customer service I received was fast, friendly and efficient.

Mr. Morgan really showed me the experience that a customer deserves. After receiving what all needed to be done for my brakes , he then explained the best route to go for my vehicle . I will be coming back and I’ve told other family and friends about my service today .

Destiny and the crew are amazing! Not only did they ensure that my tire was in stock before I arrived, they let me know how many in case I needed multiples...which I did. I hd not been to this tire company before today but I will definitely be back. They were efficient, fast, friendly and professional. I will be happy to return and recommend them to family and friends.

On 10/17/23, I had my car serviced again. It was recommended I get my spark plugs replaced. I immediately contacted Theo at NTB and he told me to bring it in. Since, I wanted different spark plugs he had to order them, which he checked several places until he found the spark plugs. Theo wants to make sure the customers are always satisfied. Therefore, if necessary he will search high, and low until he find the parts. He does it with a smile!
