Went to the Cedar Hill Old Navy to pick up an online order. One of my items said it wasn’t available. But the cashier Alexandra said that I should look in store and if I found something I wanted they would honor the price. She showed me where to look and got me checked out so quickly. She was also very helpful to the lady that was in front of me and helped her find a replacement for her return. I’m hoping all their employees are as helpful and kind.

I always buy my office clothes from here. I love colors to put together and let’s just say I found a great deal. My closet is filled with dresses for the season!! I received a lot of compliments on my dress today and I am so excited for this upcoming year!! The customer service is amazing and the price is right.

This location is easy to get in and out of. They are very busy and the checkout takes forever. But I like the clothes I have bought, not a lot but I like them.

Staff is friendly but the store is a mess. It’s not organized and the sale signs don’t really match the items. So you have no idea if the clothes you’re wanting are original price or on sale. You won’t know until you get to the register. For example A table of tshirts was buy 2 for $12 but I didn’t know that until they were ringing me up.

The line is ALWAYS wrapped around the store at this location! Does not matter what time or what day. Ridiculous.Today is Saturday so it's expected to be busy. So why 2 cashiers?
