This is my absolute FAVORITE UPS LOCATION!!! The staff is always friendly and the line moves fast. They do not mess around. I've been to at least a dozen UPS stores all over this metroplex and always come to this one even though I live in Oak Cliff. Thanks for the great customer service UPS Cedar Hill team!

I went in about 6:30 today to return some items. I had my 1 year old daughter with me. As soon as I walk in some loud ass girl behind the counter yelled at my daughter say "aht aht stop all that crying!" And when she scared my daughter from yelling at her everyone behind the counter proceeded to laugh saying "ooh look she stopped crying" I didn't say anything just to keep the peace and complete my transaction. But this girl was soooo unprofessional(she wasn't the one helped me) I don't know what her problem was but she was entirely too comfortable speaking to my child that way.

Two days before Thanksgiving and I had to get a document notarized. The line was huge and I thought I was in for a wait. No. They were well staffed, the employees were quick and efficient and cheerful and I was out in 10 minutes. Great job, guys!

Ridiculous, $3.35 to print a label??? Amazon and every other company should STOP doing business with UPS. We LOVE FedEx. They are not greedy. UPS is a huge scam.
