My bracelet won't close not because of my fault it just stops closing and I paid my warranty I do exactly what they said "I PAGE IT" and they told me I can't exchange it. It's not fair because "I PAGE IT" and they have no reason they just don't want to help me. It's so sad because I love shopping at Pandora. This is the 3rd time something has broken and they don't want to help me. I do not recommend spending your money at ANY store the people are so rude.

This place was wonderful and Summer was amazing with helping me get the charm I came in for. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I will definitely come back here again!

My husband and I purchased a gift online for my mother and went to the store to pick it up. I had the email confirmation and my husband’s government ID (who used his card to purchase and was listed under the billing info) to pick up the purchase. The ladies behind the counter wouldn’t let us pick up the order because I didn’t have my ID, even though my husband had his and the credit card we used to purchase. Very upset with their attitudes and that we couldn’t pick up the item we had purchased. Will not be coming here again.

There were at least 5 associates in the store doing whatever. Not one of them greeted me or asked if I needed assistance, never acknowledged me. I asked one of them if they still cleaned the jewelry and was told yeah, but only Monday thru Thursday. She acted like I was disturbing her. I browsed a few minutes and left.

I made my 1st purchase, and I will never buy from Pandora again...
I bought 3 rings (rose, yellow, and silver). Wore them on my non-dominate hand to work for 6 hours, and I'm on a keyboard at work. For those 6 hrs, the rings in my non-dominate hand would not stay put and were very annoying. I went to this location to return, and the child at the counter said these have been worn, of course they have. I asked, should I have buffed them before I came? I guess a woman decided to give her input and said we simply do not accept worn jewelry in the store. She told me to contact customer service and didn't even provide a number...
And the attitude of the customer Service lady right off top. The conversation only entailed me providing my name, number, and email address. Her attitude and voice were unbelievable.
I'm stuck with 3 raggedy rings. Should have just gone to James Avery or Kendra Scott!!!

I went to this pandora location on 7/15/24 around 5pm to exchange a ring before going to work (I also work at the cedar hill mall). I came in to pandora exchange my ring due to the size being too big which I THOUGHT would be simple and quick. Upon walking in nobody greeted me and asked me what I needed. I stood in line for 5-10min before the cashier told me she would be with me shortly (a younger African American girl) due to her helping someone else. The manager I assume (older White woman) just stood and cleaned jewelry never spoke to me at all which was very rude. The manager should’ve stopped cleaning the jewelry and at least helped me find the correct ring size I needed for my exchange. In person customers should always come first I am not sure if her and the pandora team are aware of that concept but it was a very upsetting and a long visit for no reason which lead me to be late for work. This is unacceptable next time I will choose another location or another jewelry store!!

Great customer service , Great selection . Make sure u check for coupon to see if u get a freebie when u spend a certain dollar amount , it was well worth it . Very good bracelets and charms

I went to get charms placed on my mother's bracelet that we,got her for Christmas. No one knew how to open and put the charms on for her. The manager cleaned the charms and placed on bracelet for me. The customer,service was great!!

I made an attempt to get my bracelets cleaned on the weekend on May 5th. I was not able to because I was unaware cleaning is only offered Monday through Thursday and you can no longer leave your jewelry for cleaning. Fast forward to today, I again attempted to get my brackets cleaned, I was told, “we don’t do cleanings after a sale”. How was I supposed to know this??Whenever I go James Avery I am never disappointed! I am so grateful I was able to go and drop my James Avery bracelets off, otherwise I would have been upset. Knowing I was going to get accommodated and great customer service (every visit) helped!Thank you James Avery… Pandora can I sale my bracelets and charms back!***Update*** I received a response to contact the 844 number. I was offered 15% off my next purchase, told the location is a franchise blah blah blah…. “ I do not want your 15%, at this point I no longer want my bracelet”. I will try another location in another city and hopefully they service etc is a lot better…. I can’t wait to go pick up my JA bracelet! I’ll post it…. Ladies and gentlemen if you DO NOT have a James Avery bracelet! Not only are you missing out on quality merchandise, but customer service commitment!

To start off my boyfriend and I walked in and were NOT greeted. I rarely come to this location but all i needed was to exchange a ring the lady helping us was talking to another customer while helping us? Like are u gonna help us or do u just wanna talk to someone you’re not even helping?? We got the ring and she put it back in the box and did not even offer to clean it. If you like not being helped and barely talked to then this is the place for you.

Worst customer service! They need more employees at this location! It took a lot from me not to leave, if it wasn’t for me needing a birthday gift that night I would have walked away and went to another location! When I first walked in, the employees failed to greet us but no big deal because they were assisting customers. So I waited for them to get done while more customers came in behind me minutes later. As soon as one got done she acknowledged me and stated she needed to help the lady that was before me understandable BUT once the other employee was done with the customer she was handling she completely walked right past me as if I wasn’t there and assisted another customer that walked in minutes after me. I was vivid at that point still trying to Patiently wait my turn. Once the lady was done helping the lady before me she STILL had the nerve to ask other customers who was next! Luckily two individuals told her I was there before them. I waited in that store for about 30 minutes before being helped I made sure to keep track of time because I wanted to make sure I included in my review! DON’T GO TO THIS STORE UNLESS YOU ARE OUT OF OPTIONS!

I have purchased 2 of the Clear Pavé Clip Charm and moments later I noticed they both fell off and not sure where they fell off at. I’m upset I spend a lot of money with pandora for the stuff to fall apart that easily.
