Excellent customer service. Placed an order for shirts…came really quickly. Slight problem with what I ordered to what was sent. Call was answered immediately and was promised they would correct. Within days it had been corrected. Thanks pep wear team. Awesome.

When we got home we realized that there is a typo on the plaque we purchased to commemorate my son's band performance. Instead of "Band" it says "Hand"....no one is answering their phone, no way to get our money back or get an appropriate replacement. Sad.

Ordered a shirt for the Midstates Championships. Paid a lot of money for the shirt and we get it in and it is wrong. Has the wrong names of schools on the back. Tried calling get that the mailbox is full. Hoping they can fix this. 35 dollars is alot to spend on a shirt and not even be able to wear it.

I ordered these patches a few months ago, but at the time my patches came in just in time for me to take them to school to be sewed on to my letterman jacket. Let me just say these patches are BEAUTIFUL!! Much prettier than the options offered at my school. I purchased 3 instrument patches and though they were a bit small, they all had silvery and sparkly thread and gave me enough room to decorate with more patches! I strongly recommend purchasing from pep wear if you want speedy delivery and a more personalized look to your jackets!

Please give the vendor more bags for the customers merchandise that they purchase. The man at Germantown, MS on Oct. 30th 2021 straight up lied to my wife and I about not having bags. We bought two shirts and asked if he had any bags. His reply was "no". Plastic bags four to five inches thick were sticking out from the front of the table. I asked him about them and he stated that he still had the night feature to sell to and he didn't have enough for the whole night. C'mon man....he straight up lied about a damn plastic bag.

Ordered 80 something dollars from them and they send me the wrong shirt! It's useless to us! I've send 6 requests and E-mails for them to contact me..NOTHING..I've called their number,no answer..VERY POOR customer service!!!

Don’t work for them. They don’t hire or promote based on skill level! They hire and give promotions to their friends, relatives, and significant others. The production manager fired good workers to hire her GIRLFRIEND. Can we say conflict of interest? Pathetic.
