I have been coming here for over four years and I really have never had a problem. I’ve always gotten exceptional service I don’t know what this woman was on today, but she did a horrible job. They were not even she act like she understand what I was saying she had the stupidest smirk on her face. I will not be going back. Nobody can ever convince me to go back to these people.

Please excuse my French but I left this place pissed off ! I go here very often every 2 to 3 weeks. I was skeptical about allowing the young lady to do my eyebrows being my normal tech wasn’t there. She literally shaved half of my brow off and they are uneven , she stated “ they’ll grow back”.The Entire time the owner is standing there trying to convince me they’re fine ! Don’t waste your money!!!

I asked for full face threading. Not only was the girl threading too fast but was not paying attention. My face was hurting she left marks on my face. I don't recommend this place at all.

Save your money. They completely messed up my eyebrows after going for a simple clean up. Half of my eyebrow was cut & was told “people have accidents”

my aunt mammy got her lashes done here i saw her the day after with bumps herpes ooze and swollen skin from her eye. it was turrible. the ownere would not give her a refund or help. do not go here terrible service the place smelt like funky booty chips. i went up there trying to get a refund they cussed at me and threw used toilet paper at me. i wish i could give them a 0 but i cant so its a 1. 0 stwars.

My auntie went there to get her lashes done and she left, without the ability to see and her face was swollen badly. As she went to tell them what had happened and tried to get a refund, they declined. Unprofessional and straight up disrespectful. If you open a business, be sure to perfect every customer. If not, stop doing lashes.

This was the worst experience I’ve had with getting my lashes done, Soon as I left and got in the car and went home, It started hurting my eyes three hours later my eyes got swollen I got them done yesterday and I’m trying to get them removed today, Not only was the job not done correctly, I wasted money time and now I’m scared to get my lashes done again. I will upload picture so you can see what I’m talking about

I have gone to Perfect Brow twice now, I feel like the service each time has been on the low side, they seat people fairly fast but there is no "customer service" associated with anyone there, just in and out. The actual service I received the first time was just a routine threading, but today I opted for threading, color and lamination. Currently my brows look like Burt's from Bert and Ernie as I need to allow them to finish processing. I have had my brows laminated before elsewhere when I left that establishment they gave me an at home kit for brushing and moisturizing them along with detailed instructions. At Perfect Brow today, I received no at home kit or any after care instructions, the dos and don'ts are fairly important so you don't ruin your brows so instructions should be given at least on a hand out to clients. I guess all in all it's a shop that that provides a fairly inexpensive service or services and the end results are fairly mid so maybe this is one of those things you get what you pay for, so my recommendation would be just that; if your looking for "ok" for the price give them a shot, if you're looking for a personalized experience and some pampering, Perfect Brow doesn't offer that on the menu.

I have gone to countless salons trying to get my daughter’s brows the way she wants them and this has been the only place that has listened to her and given her what she wanted. There was no wait time at all. The place could use some work, aesthetically speaking, but the job was done well.

I have been to perfect brow several times and normally have a good experience. However, I went on NYE and the staff did not prep my skin at all before applying wax and damaged my brows. Although the brows themselves look amazing, the burnt/irritated skin underneath is anything but. Not even 24 hours later is my face in the photo below. Disappointed is an understatement and I will not return

Some of them are really good..the one in the last chair past the desk is really good. The one in the middle chair was awful. I went for eyelashes and light make up concealer, and she had me looking like a clown..pencil in eyebrows one was up and the other down..eyelash was not on right..I told her to take it all off. She should not be servicing anyone. She is rough when she applies. So I advise not to go to the one in the middle chair.
