I have to say how much I love this store! We’ve decided to transfer our pup’s prescription to Petco, and I truly believe it’s the right choice. During our visit, two employees stood out as shining examples of what excellent customer service should be. Although I didn’t catch their names, there was a wonderful young lady who genuinely made it her mission to ensure we were well taken care of. She assisted not just us, but others who needed help as well, showing such kindness and dedication. Her photo is prominently displayed on the bulletin board, and it certainly reflects her spirit. Alongside her was a fantastic young man with brown skin who went above and beyond to assist us as well. It’s clear that whoever hired these two truly made a remarkable choice. Their compassion and willingness to help do not go unnoticed!

Petco in Cedar Hill was such a good experience. I went here specifically for training for my 1 year old maltipoo and the trainer Julie was so amazing! Very patient with me and my dog as we learned how to work together on behavioral training. She was very attentive, gentle with my dog, always left me clear instructions for how to practice when we got home, and really helped reinforce some good habits and behaviors in my pup! Thank you so much Julie! (Also this photo is post training class- I have a very tuckered out dog, haha!)

Great location! The groomers and the team in the animal hospital are amazing. We trust the folks here with all things for our pets. The Doctor in the vet clinic is the most amazing vet we have ever used and feel that there’s no possible way our animals could get better care. The grooming services are amazing especially with the vital care subscription!

Petco in Cedar Hill is my go to place for just about everything I need for my babies! I've been especially happy with the grooming services. My dogs go in about every 8 weeks and they always come out looking so clean and happy. I know they have a great time getting pampered, and the staff is wonderful!

A relative of mine was not very happy with their grooming experience. The dog looked nearly the same as when she dropped him off. Apparently they also accuse innocent children of stealing. The associate Christina is extremely rude and a liar.

My dog smelled like he hadn't been groomed properly, and his facial hair was left untrimmed. I was told that trimming his face hair would cost extra. While I was addressing my concerns, the grooming manager repeatedly interrupted me, which I found disrespectful. She then mentioned that they didn’t have time to groom him at all. Her attitude was rude and unprofessional. Additionally, a few weeks ago, they cut his tail hair wrong.
