Poor experience. I came in for a manicure and the tech literally took less than 10 minutes with whole process. My nails look no different than when I came in.

Went to get pedicure (not so bad ) but not what time used to . Toe nails were polished and nail tech removed and repainted because it wasn’t done correctly. Then I sat to dry paid and left to see that I had polish on my skin and the polish was lumpy . I also paid to get my daughter just a paint on her toes and same thing. Not sure if the polish was old or what. I don’t live in cedar hill so wasn’t able to go back. I start to dispute the payment but I’ll just write a review to warn others instead over $50 down the drain smh I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!

I’ve avoided coming to nail salons for 2 years due to poor customer experience. I went to this hole in the wall shop because I thought it would be better. It was not, the prices are the same as nail spas. I got the deluxe pedicure with white gel nail polish. That totaled to 58.99. They’re still rude as ever. While trying to pay for my services. I left one of cards at home. I had another but it was not going through. I’m guessing the owner, shouted very loudly. “Oh girl you have no money.” “You have no money you betta use Zelle.” Very embarrassing. Turns out my card was locked. After two minutes of trying to pay for the service at the counter. One of the male stylist removed himself from the door and I paid for the service and left. Why he was at the door and my personal contents were on the counter puzzles me. Anyway try Nails 2000 you won’t be disappointed. It’s cheaper too. 😘

My last visit wasn't as good as it has been in the past. For this reason I will not be back.
The person doing my pedicure rushed the entire time and actually skipped a few steps along the way - ones that I paid for. I know this because I have been going there for a couple of years now and prior to this experience everything was great. When she put my shoes on me she scraped the polish off my little toe and didn't say anything or fix it. For the cost there are better places out there and I will be seeking someone else for my future needs.

I loved the way my nails came out however I did not like how the gentleman hurt my pinky and ring finger, my skin came off and is irritated. I was bleeding. Even 2 days later my nails burn nd hurt. Hopefully they clean their drill bids and maybe they can be more cautious next time. Service was great.

My last visit wasn't as pleasant as usual. Mimi, who typically does my hands and feet, was off that day. I decided to try someone else, but unfortunately, it was a mistake. She wasn't as meticulous and seemed to skip some prep steps. I will continue to visit but will ensure that this particular technician doesn't do my pedicure or manicure.
