My 3 finger combo was great! Dining excellent was superb. The manager came by my table, greeted us and ask if there was anything else that he could provide…that’s 5 star service.

The manager Mr. T is very helpful and nice. My order was messed up and Mr. T personally assisted me and made sure I was a satisfied customer when I left.

The food was very hot when I got it. It seemed like the cashier was already having a bad morning cuz of the sound of her voice. I will continue to come back.

Canes is trying a little too hard to be like chick fil a with taking orders outside (not using the intercom) I ordered and paid cash with one individual that then went inside. I pull to the first window and they asked “what is the name of the order” (couldn’t find our order) another girl came to the window and asked the exact same thing! after we told them we have already paid we proceeded to the next window. We were asked 2 more times “what did we order” By this time we are annoyed by the inconvenience and how unorganized the drive thru is being ran. Not only did they make us feel like we were the problem, but we felt disrespected by their attitude as if it were our fault they are scattered and disorganized! We spend to much money there weekly and never have experienced this type of customer service! Canes do better!Horrible customer service just horrible especially the girl at the 2nd window (wish I would’ve got her name to report her)

I come here for the Hi-C and they were out and I don’t drink soda they have an option to pay more for lemonade and I ask could I pay the same price for inconvenience she told me

I wish I could take the one star away honestly… from the moment I arrived half the staff was playing peak a boo by the bathrooms. My food was not cooked at all many of my fries were cold and the chicken tasted like it was cooked when they opened the restaurant for a quick second because it not only tasted old however the middle was not cooked my 6YO said mommy what’s wrong with my food and went to bed hungry due to you guys half cooking her dinner at 10am and serving it at 9:41pm absolutely INSANE I’ve called a total of 20 times and no answer you’d think by the amount of employees that you guys pay to play in the bathroom you’d at least have one on phone duty’s… I’ll be calling back FOR SURE THIS MAKES ABSOLUTELY NO SINCE and had I not already paid I would have left when the lady after me did calling your staff NASTY.. this is what we get for giving your infants running a food place a chance.
