I would give a zero star. I explained i wanted a clean up for my brows very simpleeee, but no I left with hardly any brows and she left hair behind that clearly should have been waxed properly. Not only did she rush on waxing my lip too and did a horrible job, but she pinched my skin so bad! Never again! Now I have to pencil in my brows which I try to avoid! Horrible service and the guy in front seemed like he was pissed not sure why. Overall no no no dont go here!

This was my 1st time here and the 1st time in my life, I absolutely hated my nail job. This was supposed to be a simple gel manicure.
Of course I paid because the tech provided the service but I politely let her know I was not pleased. I will not be back.
I don't know the tech's name but she absolutely needs more training, just not at the customer's expense.

I never leave reviews, but I felt like I had to share my experience to help others make an informed decision. I came to Red Carpet Nail Bar for a last-minute pedicure with gel polish since I had a wedding to attend later that day and couldn’t make the drive to my usual spot, Aura Nail Bar in Dallas (which is always worth the trip from DeSoto).
While the customer service itself was fine, the actual pedicure was very disappointing. The gel polish looked messy, especially around the cuticles, and there was no attention to detail in cleaning up the edges. Some of my toenails were noticeably different lengths, which made them look uneven and, frankly, ugly. For the price, I expected much better quality.
If you're considering coming here, I’d recommend paying attention to the negative reviews—unfortunately, they were accurate in my case. I won’t be returning to Red Carpet Nail Bar, and I wouldn’t recommend it unless you're okay with paying for subpar work.

My new favorite nail salon! I’ve driven by this place many times on my way to and from my old nail salon. Today, I decided to try it out because I was in a hurry and it is much closer to my home. I’m really glad I did. Ms. Dung Nguyen was my nail technician. She gave me the most wonderful mani and pedi! She did a great job on my dry, ragged cuticles and applied perfect gel color. She was efficient, professional, and friendly. My hands and feet feel and look so much better. The salon was clean, bright, and relaxing. Looking forward to coming back. A+ experience!

?I walk in the store I said regular tips , he said yea yea ik , once we sit down he put gel in powder but I didn’t see no nail polish on my nails to put on ??♀️… he almost broke my wrist .. never again im going to some where else next time

This is my second or third time coming to this establishment nail shop and I feel as if they've done a good job. I have my favorite, but as a whole they do a great job. Initially, the reviews had me a bit reluctant.

????????????????????????????0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND ‼️Initially things were going smooth, when I walked in the man at the front asked for the service Ms I needed looked at my mail and asked if I had acrylic on my nails. I told him know it was gel polish. He asked if it was dip or gel acrylic, I again told him NO, gel polish.I sit down to get my pedi and mani, I told the lady a classic manicure and a citrus pedicure. The young lady doing my nails put pure acetone in a bowl to soak the gel polish off. She also had to use a drill to speed to process up( her choice, I was not in a rush). She ends up giving me a citrus manicure even though I asked for classic but I didn’t say anything it was just an $8 difference. However when everything was completed and I got the tab the also charges me for removing my color which I thought was apart of the manicure and it’s cost. The man at the front said well you had acrylic on your nails that’s why. I told him I did than with him and the nail tech continue to tell that I did.He ended up removing the $5 fee but he wanted to argue me down and the only reason he removed it is because I wasn’t getting loud. I told him it’s just $5 but your not gonna lie to up charge me. Now had he said it took a little extra work to get your polish off, I would have been cool with that. Because they kept trying to find ways to up charge me and than lie when I ask them about it and proceed as if I was the liar, that upset me.Furthermore, I had a time communicating with the the nail tech doing my pedi and no one would come over to help with communication even though they can hear we are a go of it over cutting down my nails. She asked “ do you want cut down?” I said “a little” because I was not saying yes or no she said “ just file” . After a couple of times of back and forth I asked someone to help with the communication. I mean literally a lady was just sitting in a pedicure chair on her phone and she would not come over to help( she did when I came in to sit down and pick a service and a color).When I would not accept their poor service and up charges they were rude with poor customer service.0/10 DO NOT RECOMMENDServices: Pedicure

Customer service is horrible they talk to you rude. You make appointment and they tell you you can’t get your nails done. I will never go back this has happened to me a couple times.

Nguyen does a great job every time! Always offers a beverage (nonalcoholic or alcoholic) and wants to make sure you're happy with your nails before, during, and after! She provides excellent customer service with a smile! Love her!

If I could get less than 1 star I would. The man who I dealt with was extremely rude. All I needed was a soak off. & I told him to cut my natural nails down. He then started arguing with me about how I wanted my own nails! He “finished” the job & slapped cuticle oil on me & said I was done. I’ve never had such a bad soak off lol. Then had the nerve to charge me 15.00 lmaooo. Never again.
