I went to retuen an item. The line was so long it took 30 minutes to get to the POS. they had both open registers staffed with new employees. They lacked required codes and had to call upon and wait on managers that took their time coming to aid in any issues

This location was very uncomfortable to shop in. The store discouraged me from shopping. Finding a business in this condition is an accident and a lawsuit waiting to happen. None of the employees were attempting to clean up. Also, the store seemed to be understaffed. This has been the second Ross in my area that I have found with customers shopping and employees working in these conditions. I went into this location around 12 p.m., on Dec 17, 2024. So I believe it is safe to say this store is being left like this overnight. I am very displeased with spending my money in a business that I don't know if I'm buying clothes that are new. They appear to have been trampled on. You can clearly see the footprints on the clothing. Also, they have loss prevention checking bags and receipts, and they can see the person at the counter checking out. That is a clear distraction from them actually doing their job to prevent customers from stealing throughout the store.

Dec. 17, 2024. This Ross, just like Mansfields Ross is unacceptable to shop in. Another store that's under employed and managed. This place looks like a lost and found room. Where are the district or regional managers? This store needs to shut down to revamp, rehire, and retrain employees. I've posted pics, but in real-time it looks worst. Not a good thing of good pricing when everything is thrown everywhere. I wouldn't dare waste my time shopping here and I wouldn't recommend no one to shop here either.

Felt like a criminal having to hold my bag open as they checked it and my receipt after being 3 feet from me and watching me check out. Horrible policy corporate. Focus more on getting stylish clothes, cleaning the restrooms and wiping those filthy walls down.

So I am currently looking for luggage for a trip I am taking. Please tell me why all the luggage has security tag sensors attached to where you can’t even look to see what the inside of the luggage looks like. How does anyone just buy a luggage blindly without knowing there isn’t any damage or anything wrong with the material?
