Food was great.. but the servers. Madison and Ashley and the manager were top notch brand ambassadors made it feel like an amazing place to work and visit. Food was on time and worth the price. Made me miss the way steak houses used to be . Truly one of the best experiences I ever had at

We decided to patronize this location Easter Sunday. We expected a crowd and a wait which was fine. After almost a hour wait we were taken to a table in a tight corner that was covered in food on the table and seats. It was chair to chair with the table directly behind it. We did not sit down as it was dirty and asked for the table to be cleaned. We stepped out the way and the server walked up frowning and never said a word to anyone. She begin wiping the table and I spoke with another server who asked what was wrong. I told her we understood the wait but I asked why bring us to a table that dirty. She walked us to another table and said she would take care of us. After being seated by her the female manager walked over not to apologize for miscommunication but to tell us we couldn’t sit there because it was reserved. We explained we were escorted there. She went in to say the person who sat us there is “only a waiter and can’t do that”. We were taken back up front to wait. Shortly after we were given another table. The appetizer was thrown on the table to were a few pickles landed on the table. We were positioned so close to the table behind us that the server reached over my head to give plates the entire time. More than one plate came out incorrect not to mention dressing was dropped by a server and I was left with dressing from the side of my thigh down past my knee. There were a lot of apologies at that point but the service just didn’t improve. The waiter for some reason thought calling everyone mama was cool but was definitely irritating. The effort the 2nd manager made didn’t change the experience for me. Lots of apologies but no changed behavior doing our visit. I’ve been there several times whether I ordered takeout or dined in. There have been a few not so good experiences but never to the level of poor service I received yesterday. The remainder of my day was canceled because I was drenched in salad dressing.

Had an issue with my Landrys card. Asked for the manager to come to our table. Never did. Sent the server back. How do you not get a manager when you ask for one?

Very disappointed. I was really craving a good steak, what I got was tough and chewy with no flavor what so ever. The brisket queso was good even though it was cold. My server did end up forgetting my salad but was otherwise really great. I'm sad because I really do enjoy the atmosphere and my favorite thing to get is the Frozen crown and coke, but I think Next time I'm craving a steak I'm gonna make the drive to Texas roadhouse.

Eat at this restaurant if you enjoy being talked to like an idiot. Eat it this restaurant if you like to be waited on by rude people. Eat at this restaurant if you like the McDonald's mentality. Otherwise find a real restaurant to eat

Great service from Brianna very observant in knowing what we wanted before we asked, polite and respectful came by a few time to ask if we needed anything, ..we need a raise!!!Managed very well!!

Attended Happy Hour with friends. Brianna was the best server we have ever had here. Professional, attentive to our needs, great sense of humor, and very knowledgeable of food offered. I would like to recommend this restaurant and this server to anyone that wants to have a terrific meal with a terrific server.

First of all, it took about 1 hour to prepare the food. When I got home, the mashed potatoes were cold. My biggest thing is that the portions are smaller. The cold potatoes were probably half the amount that we got the last time. The amount of salad dressing was also about half. I wish that I had just taken the drive to Texas Roadhouse.

We have gotten bad service in the past from this restaurant, but today was the worst ever kept giving second third and fourth chances hoping we will get better but it’s not don’t waste your time waited for one hour brought out our food and it was wrong. took another 45 minutes And still did not have our food so decided to just walk out.. worst service ever

Started out great . With the intro and order. Noted that the server removed our gift cards upon completion of taking our order. This I did not understand. Asked the guests to my right if their funds were taken along with their order. Reply was no from both. Once the food arrived I was served loaded mashed potatoes. When I specifically asked for loaded baked potato with an extra pat of butter on the side. Seeing as I recently had a tooth pulled and had been eating mashed potatoes for the last 3 days. The server goes in to say that we each ordered loaded mashed potatoes. When asked if she had taken the gift cards from the table , patted her breast pocket saying yeah I have them .( Is this policy?) Asking for myself. When asked for sauce to go with the rib eye my S.O . Ordered Isabel continued to take orders from other patrons, once again (Is this policy). Asking for myself. After sitting and not being able to enjoy my meal for feeling that We were profiled being racially or some other agenda. We asked to speak with a manager. Not looking for a meal to be compensated. But for answers. The manager said she would ask the server, why she removed the gift cards when she took the order ,also saying that some patrons leave their cards for the server..To my knowledge it is pay as you exit . NOT when you place your order. The behavior of the server and the manager were both unprofessional and insensitive in my opinion. My partner says she comes here all the time with her employer and is treated this way each time. As for me I will not be a returning customer. FYI her employer is the one that gave the gift cards for her to enjoy a meal on him . Granted it was NOT an enjoyable meal . The food was good . The service could have been and should have been better. Prime rib for myself 21.99 and 27. 99 for my significant other. 56.75 and the dining experience was NOT what we expected.Well live and learn. I'm DONE. Could this experience be any worse than the initial review. YES. Wait person must have been new.We had to keep asking for simple things. The simplest being dressing for the salad ,which never arrived and steak sauce for the steak. And I received a bottle that had enough for 1/4 of a 10 Oz ribeye. Seems she was rushed or overwhelmed .Neither steak was as ordered one over cooked the other undercooked. Could have switched but the other was covered withMUshrooms .To much to continue. I'm literally sitting and and writing this review while my steak and potato get cold due to the temperature in the dining area is like FROZEN

The only bad thing is that I think there prices are too high !!! We can only afford to go there once a month !!! Antonio is an awesome waiter !!!!
