there was a lady at the Cedar Hill location her name is Juana she was only there to help, but normaly worlks at the Arlington location. She was superb with her customer service. we ended up going to the Arington location for the more variety, and was helped by LIly, definitly could use some training from Juana on customer service, but was ok. I bought some shows that I thing Juana should get the credit for.

I recently purchased shoes at this store and tried to exchange them because they were defective. I gave the store manager Vickie my receipt and she told me I couldn't return them because they were not in the box. First her reason was that she needed the box to ship them in, and the second time I went up there within 30 minutes. She changed it up and said she needs the box to scan it. I spoke to the District manager on the phone and he said she was supposed to refund me because I had a receipt. Don't waste your time going to that location because the selection is very limited and Vickie has an attitude with poor customer service skills

The shoes i bought from SAS are so comfortable that my feet don't hurt anymore. I recommend people buying their shoes from SAS especially if you're on your feet throughout the day.
