The staff seems very knowledgeable here! I bought a paint sprayer from this store and David helped me select the right one for the job. Knowing nothing about painting he made sure I had the correct tip and the paint job went amazing.

Went to the Cedar Hill store at 4:15pm today to have a color match, was told they close at 5pm therefore not enough time to help. Then drove to Mansfield arrived 4:45pm for the same request and was told by the store manager it wouldn’t be ready until Tuesday at the earliest. Wow, will never use Sherwin-Willams again. Lost a customer. Customer service was unprofessional and unwarranted.

After visiting different Sherman-Williams in the DFW area, this is my go to only because of one person. A gentleman by the name of Ross. Ross is the most professional and courteous staff member. His customer service skills are unmatched. If he’s not the manager, he should be or higher. Everyone can learn from this good man and I hope Corporate sees this to acknowledge this man. I’m only leaving 4 stars as everyone in the store should be like Ross.

Me Review disappeared but it's okay. I'll update it. Been avoiding Sherwin for half a year now, home Depot, Lowe's and Kelly Moore are my go to now.This particular store completely ruined multiple gallons of paint on a project that I was needing to complete in 3 days. One gallon didn't get tinted, but 2 did. So when I mixed them into a bucket all the paint was ruined. Then they claimed they only messed up on one gallon so they were going to replace 1 gallon. They caused me to loose money, by the time I got the paint, a had lost over a week due to weather and the fat i had to call an area supervisor.
