I stopped by earlier today, and at checkout, the dude working there asked me if I spoke English. Last time I checked, we live in USA, maybe trying to communicate with the person rather than judging or maybe being racist towards someone for looking hispanic. How would he feel if I did the same to him? Then, I made stupid comments about my cell phone. This place is just becoming too ghetto. At the door, this other employee on the phone complaining about a customer.

I witnessed a manager being rude to a worker when all she had to do was be nice. The worker ended up leaving within 2 minutes because of the disrespect. The worker had been told to work DoorDash by a fellow assistant manager. It looked like and the manager was rude and telling him to go get on a cash register without even checking to see what his orders have been by fellow workers. New employees beware

Most blatant exhibition of customer harassment I have ever experienced.
A regular customer for over 12yrs. I buy $200-250 month on just cigars.
Today I entered the cedar hill location & hadn't been in the humidor 5 seconds before Mark M. Humidor Specialist, burst in "Can I help you?"... I replied, "No just grabbing a few".
As I am about to leave, I noticed that he was watching me from outside the glass enclosure.
Before I could grab the door handle to leave, he bursts in a second time in under two minutes from the original inquiry.
When I tried to leave he blocked the door. "I said this is unprofessional" put the $60 worth of cigars on the shelf &had to push past him to report the incident to the manager.
Utterly disappointed.

Line long as heck but it was pretty swift. It was the nearest liquor store so it was about a 25 min drive so that’s probably why everyone was in there. Good selection but lacked the sample tables I usually see in other specs.

The employee who gives the pick-up orders is extremely aggressive. They should think twice before having it there. I was attacked by Him and had to flee.

I'll go somewhere else in the future. They had what I was looking for but Sara G. checked me out and it seems she doesn't like her job. I asked a couple of questions and that seemed to bother her. Customer service matters to me so I'll take my money some place else next time.
