Ran down property. No agent onsite. Hard to get in touch with someone. I couldn’t even get in the gate on move in. I spent 2-3 hours trying to get access. I want ALL of my money back because I never moved into the unit and this was not my fault. Also made me late for work. 🙄

BRITTNEY WAS AWESOME!!!!! There was a technical issue on the site that wasn’t allowing me make my payment. Went into the closet location and BRITTNEY did her thang. It took a little minute to find my account but she was patient and so professional. Thank you so much Brittney.

This is the most untreated self storage facility I have ever seen in my life. There was rat droppings and raccoon fur on every item in my unit. They told me if I moved out on the first I would only be charged for that day. They are charging me for the entire month, which is unfair. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They are extremely high and continue to go up on the rent every other month. The grounds are not treated enough to be so expensive.

Thanks to the wonderful lady Brittany I was able to get a good rate that is manageable for me to pay not only that but she was quick, knowledgeable, very patient and talked with professionalism the size of the storage when receiving it was a great size and cleaned no problem from myside of view. I really recommend coming here if you want respect, quickness, clean, and many more.

While I was taking thing in and out of the storage unit the door leading to unit locked on me. I knocked on office door to try and get help but nobody answered. I continued to knock because there was a car parked there. I guess woke the guy James up and he threatened to shoot me if I kept knocking. When trying to obtain information on how to get door unlocked a young lady stated she was new and that the guy on the inside lived there and wasn’t affiliated with public storage. I’ve contacted the corporate office in California and they put me in touch with district manager.
