Their customer service is the worst in store and online. Cashier was very unprofessional. If you shop with this company you might want to make sure you pay with cash incase you have to return anything. I paid with my card and the card I used had been canceled due to fraud They only option they gave was to put on a gift card, which I was still within my return policy , pretty much forcing people to shop with them.

If I could give 0 stars I would!! I also came in to pick up an online order there were 3 employees and only one of them working the register. It took from 259pm until 409pm to start the line and complete my online pickup. When I brought this to the attention to the store personnel she said her other register is broken and thanked me for my patience for the 17th time Ma’am atp you’re only saying it to be spiteful. I’m glad I never have to go through this again as my children are in high school and don’t where uniforms!

This entire company has an impossibly complicayed comouter system, rewards, discounts, points, and its clearly not easier for seasoned retail employees to navigate. The store has everything, Incliding the longest lines, 30 min wait minimum, and if they have it in stock it's on the floor and the customers line has trampled the items.

I made an online order and this location only has ONE LINE no air and only two people working with ALL these people. 1. It’s HOT 2. Come up with a better system. I will never do a pickup at this location again.

Horrible experience. They don't even deserve a star rating. The employees were rude and unprofessional. I will drive out of my way before I return to this location. I wish I read the reviews before going.

The website says it opens at 10am I have been here since 9:45am it is currently 10:21am and no one is still here to open the store and looking at the past reviews I can see something is wrong with the leadership here I hope change happens here soon.

Do NOT shop at the Cedar Hill Store. I spent approximately $800 dollars online at Children's Place during Christmas. I sent my daughter to return some items...just a few things. The staff are not supportive of one another, holding conversations with friends who were visiting them in the store...and didn't want to go through the hassle of taking my returns. I wish there was a ZERO rating!!! I'm like another customer...I'm going to Arlington. I hate that they closed the store on Wheatland Rd in Dallas!

Rude and unprofessional. 15 mins to stand in line for a pick up order when there are 2 other employees folding clothes. I asked if someone else could assist and was told no. There should be two people at checkout or at the very least 1 person able to do pick up runs. Pick up orders in most establishments have their own separate line and/or dedicated spot to handle these orders.

Purchased some jeans at this location. When I went back home, I took the tags off like any normal person would, to properly get a fit on my child. I then noticed a strong chemical smell from the jeans, almost like moth balls or some type of pesticide. When I came back to the store, I explained the situation to the “main manager” as she called her self, her name was Adriana. The first thing she said was “I need the tags, get the tags” I told her I have the receipt and that I had to take the tags off as they are uncomfortable for my child. She did not offer an apology, not even for selling me a pair of jeans that were reeking of a chemical smell. She further added that “normal” customers do not take tags off and then went on a rant to tell me that she personally keeps the tags every time she shops, and that all other stores like Ross or Marshall’s (her exact reference) require a tag for a return regardless of having a receipt or not. I have personally been able to return clothing items before several times without tags, I’m not sure who she was trying to convince or if she thinks that I have never shopped anywhere before? She did not seem to handle the situation very well and was very defensive and took the matter personally and insisted that there was nothing she could do to help out, not even an exchange WITH A RECEIPT. Can you imagine that? Overall, this individual was extremely rude, and is not fit for the role as “main manager.” Of any type. Please stay away from the retail and customer service industry, and leave it for individuals who are actually equipped with the managerial skills. I sincerely feel punished for being a children’s place customer. Refusing to honor up to selling me a defective item, and worse, not offering an apology or show any concern to the matter.

I shop here alot but due to tax free weekend, I have to wait in a long line of people to get my online order. Then I call customer service and it hangs up due to high call volume. I am now requesting a refund and buying clothes somewhere else.
