I was searching for good renter's insurance with a company that delivered reliable service. My family suggested a local State Farm in Cedar Hill, Texas. Ms. Maria and Ms. Traci were both great help. I spoke with both ladies at different times and each time I was met with excellence and professionalism. I would recommend Tim Gibbs State Farm to anyone.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Traci Matza with State Farm. Traci is friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to tackle my questions. When I call State Farm I always ask for Traci, and if she's not available I will leave a message for her to call me back and she always calls me back as soon as she's available. Tim Gibbs has been a great help to me in the past and always willing to help me with any issue I may encounter. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an insurance agency that puts customers first.

My husband and I have been with Statefarm for about 4 yrs. We've received some great service from them throughout the time! But we have truly, truly received some AWESOME service here in the last few wks!!! Especially from Chandler!! She has really been an asset to the company and to us!!! And then the ladies in the office has been amazing helping with everything we need in every way possible!!! ❤️ We would like to thank the Tim Gibbs office for all they have done in trying to make things go smoother for us in the transition of what we have going on!!!! Ana took great care of me - got me set up with home and auto with great coverage at a fair price! She made sure to go over all the coverages with me so I knew exactly what I was getting and made personalized recommendations to me based on our conversation, I felt I was getting a perfectly tailored policy.
