Ever since the transition of ownership they don’t open at 8am like they are listed. Being an overnight worker this makes it hard to buy my Tabacco and cigarette tubes if they aren’t open at 8am when they are listed to be open at that time and people can’t just sit and wait til someone arrives when they just got off a overnight shift and need to do some shopping. This has been going on for a while now and it needs improved before they wind up being reported.

One of, if not, the best smoke shop in the area. They have unique and high quality products that most shops don't have. I always look forward to the friendly and welcoming staff that's always helpful.

The black guy with the dreads has the worst customer service. He isn't personable at all. He's VERY sarcastic, and I'd rather waste my gas going to the next city over for products. Idk if he's mad about life or the fact that he works there. However, WE, the customer's didn't tell him to sign up for the job.This employee needs to be coached or trained on customer service. Won't be back.

As soon as I walked in the store and heard the music playing I was blown away! This store is amazing, and it smells great…the customer service and the vibes that the guy with the long hair offers is top notch. Love the Christmas music also. Protect that guy and this store at all cost!!!

Very dissatisfied I was treated a way I have never been treated at the store by a young black male. Upon asking for store owner number I was given HIS NUMBER. NOT THE OWNER. I am a frequent customer at this store I guess he did not know. He was very rude and unhelpful if I could please get in contact with an actual manager/owner it would be greatly appreciated.
